This show was CBS’ highest-rated new series of the 2013-14 season. Will The Millers continue to be a ratings success for the network? Cancelled or renewed for season three? Stay tuned.
Set in Leesburg, Virginia, The Millers follows a local TV news reporter (Will Arnett) who’s been hiding his recent divorce from his parents. When they hear the news, his dad (Beau Bridges) his mom (Margo Martindale) are inspired to separate and each move in with their kids. The rest of the sitcom’s cast includes J.B. Smoove, Jayma Mays, Nelson Franklin, Lulu Wilson, and Sean Hayes.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — usually the next day, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.
11/14 update: CBS has cancelled The Millers midway through its second season.

Due to a Nielsen glitch, some of the early ratings of the 2014-15 season were revised a few weeks later.
For comparisons: The first season of The Millers averaged a 2.6 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 10.90 million total viewers.
Note: These are the Live + Same Day Ratings which include “live” viewing plus delayed DVR viewing, up until 3am local time that same night. Ratings marked with an “*” are the fast affiliate ratings and will be updated with the Live+SD numbers when they are made available. Typically, networks get paid for C+3 ratings which includes DVR viewing within three days of the original airing when commercials are watched. Those numbers are rarely released to the press.
What do you think? Do you like The Millers TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or be renewed for a third season?
I love the Miller’s, and hope it will return! It’s a wonderful and very funny show.
Series should never have been canceled good . Program are being cancel don’t even watch TV any more.
Loved The Millers and the whole cast. Such a shame! Make room for stupid reality
Love the miller’s every time you finally have a great comedy CBS cancels
I love the Millers! I think it’s hilarious! Don’t cancel!!
I loved the Millers so of course they canceled it……
The Millers Will Not Be Seen This Year,So Instead We May Bring You Workout and men taking shower with women in the womens Locker Room ANd More UNAuthorized Spying ON Television
the mills are a great series which makes me laughI’ve been a fan since the very first episode I love when his parents fight they are hilarious and his sister and her husband I’m so innocent and need him just feel for him and want to be his friend I hope they aren’t so we need to keep it on.
I love this show so much! I watch it with my mom all the time. I’m only 18 but I still find it really relatable. I love that its so different from any other sit com. The Millers is probably my favorite sit com on air right now.
Wasn’t happy about The Millers getting renewed but it still downright horrible not even Sean Hayes can’t save this crappy sitcom. 🙁
Rose…
IF U like it then fine; I don’t particuarly care for it; it certainly isn’t a Big Bang Theory **to me** and everybody has different tastes. I do not mean to degrade or ‘ride’ anyone who likes it…I just firmly believe it has such kudos/ratings primarily due to its location/time on the network. I too usually leave CBS on w/Millers playing so I don’t miss the next show like most do ;-0
Love THE MILLERS. I guess if the others don’t like it all I can say is CHANGE THE CHANNEL… and let the rest of us enjoy this hilarious comedy! I enjoyed Sean Hayes on Will & Grace, as well…. but not his show that was cancelled. PLEASE keep The Millers!
At best an ok show. The cameraman was the best part when I watch, which was seldom. I’ve never cared for Sean Hayes so am less inclined to even think about watching now.
I see Sean Hayes is working the same magic – killing everything he touches since Will and Grace
The Millers is NOT a great show by ANY stretch; the reason Season 1 scored so well was SIMPLE; the location of the show sandwiched between two other highly rated shows and FEW people would change the channel and take the risk of missing what’s coming up next…so this CLOWMN SHOE show is taking advantage of its location;certainly NOT for content. IT SHOULD GO! MORE forced laughs and nonsensical comedy
I Agree Theres Nothing Else I Can Add
