The Talk is returning for the 2021-22 television season. CBS has renewed the daytime talk show after a turbulent year that saw the exit of original co-host Sharon Osborne from the panel.
Carrie Ann Inaba, Sheryl Underwood, Amanda Kloots, and Elaine Welteroth are the official hosts of the series, and a replacement for Osborne has not yet been selected. Inaba is currently taking a leave of absence from the series to focus on her health.
CBS announced the renewal for a 12th season on social media.

Ver disappointed in The Talk and the way they handled Sharon Osborne. My friends and I no longer watch it
I haven’t watched the Talk since the day Sheryl and Elaine attacked Sharon. I cannot believe it stayed on the air this long and I am shocked it got renewed for another season. I will never watch it again and I don’t understand anyone else watching it. The whole situation was unfair and if anybody should’ve got fired, it should’ve been Sheryl. The show wasn’t as good without Eve and I don’t see why she couldn’t have continued to work remotely. Several good shows have been cancelled, Mom, Rebel, Prodigal Son, All Rise, yet this stinking ship floats!!!
I have stopped watching The Talk. It is not the same show without Sharon. I can’t stand Sheryl anymore. Too much talking about God and when someone else is talking she is constantly in the back round going “uh huh, hmmm, yes”, etc. It is just not the same show anymore. It used to be a fun show. They can’t seem to keep hosts on the show and I can understand why.
The Talk is just unwatchable! They have tried to bring men on and it has not improved the show. They need to dump the whole panel, especially Sheryl Underwood whose damn ego is nauseating. She goes from ghetto to Christian with the wink of an eye.
I immediately stopped recording this show after what they did to Sharon. I watched that day and wanted to reach through the screen and give her a hug. She was ganged up on by Sheryl and that new one and they didn’t even have intelligent reasons for why they were upset. It is shameful. I just hope Carrie Ann has the intelligence not to return to the show because it is way below her to do so!
I’m with you! This show is in the basement with Sharon Osborne out! She is one of the least racist people around. What happened to her is disgusting.
This show has become scripted instead of “The Talk”. Guest hosts are horrible and guests are not up to what they were. I have stopped watching.
The talk sucks and so does Sheryl. Sad show!!!
With Sharon Osborne forced out, this show is the Pitts. Luke warm intellect & no spark left. Pathetic daily tripe.
I watched the show for from the start in spite of Sheryl. I appreciated how Sharon would say exactly how she felt. She best represented my point of view on topics. She didn’t pussyfoot around topics. However, tolerating Sheryl with her constant fake crying, tangents on religion and constant talk of just hooking up for sex or she’s looking at everybody with a heartbeat is played out.
Stopped watching and will not go back. I’m so done with all the hosts.

Why do they keep renewing a show nobody watches?
The talk has become so boring. I’ve been a fan since day one, but stopped watching. Why renew when it sucks
I have watched the Talk since it began. But not enjoying new cohost Elaine. Too verbose; her comments not very interesting. Getting tired of watching – may move on to something else after all this time.
And seems to love hearing herself blab on about nothing in general. I felt that way even before Sharon left. Sharon was the only one worth listening to.
That show is a stinker! Why would they ever renew it?

Have not watch it since Amanda Kloots joined. Between her and Sheryl, it is all about BLM and personally I hear enough of it on tv shows. I don’t need to hear it on this show too. The Talk used to be a show about celebrities, personal struggles things that didn’t involve too much politics. Since Sharon left which I’ll never understand why because this IS a show in which all the ladies gave their opinions on topics and were respectful to each other. cannot stand to watch Sheryl any longer,, always going on about God and in the same breath talking smut. Get her off the air before she destroys the show
Well they have lost me…I was disgusted with the treatment of Sharon! If Sharon had to go then Sheryl should have been asked to depart as well! Especially now that the untruths and revisionist history that Meghan discussed with Oprah and put forward as fact, have finally come out… I am surprised the show was renewed!
