It’s hard to know exactly how long it will be before The Young and the Restless TV show is cancelled but, we do know that it won’t be anytime soon. In January 2020, CBS renewed this daytime drama for a staggering four more seasons, keeping it on the air through the 2023-24 broadcast season — the show’s 51st season. Will it continue to be the highest-rated remaining soap opera? Will it be the last daytime drama standing? Stay tuned.
Premiering on CBS on March 26th of 1973, The Young and the Restless follows the romances, hopes, and fears of the residents of Midwestern metropolis Genoa City. The large cast includes Peter Bergman, Donny Boaz, Eric Braeden, Sasha Calle, Sharon Case, Sean Dominic, Melissa Claire Egan, Camryn Grimes, Mark Grossman, Amelia Heinle, Bryton James, Tyler Johnson, Christel Khalil, Hunter King, Christian LeBlanc, Kate Linder, Michael Mealor, Mishael Morgan, Joshua Morrow, Melissa Ordway, Brytni Sarpy, Melody Thomas Scott, Michelle Stafford, Jason Thompson, and Jordi Vilasuso.

the storyline of Mariah being kidnapped need to end its ridiculous, idiotic, waste of air time i have lost interest in Y&R i now D.V.R. Y&R so i can fast forward the Mariah kidnapping storyline whomever wrote this storyline isn’t doing their job they are just writing anything even if stupid their not writing to make the show interesting i extremely close to stop watching Y&R it has become boring and dumb storylines
Why is there a storyline of torture to a pregnant surrogate and the love ones closely tied to her. Just WHY ??? In this real world climate are the show’s writers putting audiences through this trauma. OMG, driving me nuts be it BEN or TRACY as potential kidnappers or the supreme naivety of Sharon, Abby and Tessa ♀️. Let’s not mention Ray and his fixation on Adam ( spare me and my bursting brain cells ).
On a brighter note, thanks for ending the Sally/Tara / Kyle/ Summer fiasco.
why are you getting rid of all the young good actors its becoming “old
and the Restless” by bring in Sutton, Naya, Ashland when they have never been on”Young and Restless” whats next you gonna bring in Susan Lucci at least she was known for soap operas

I love watching the Y&R. It’s the only show on tv that I look forward to everyday.
I keep trying to stay with Y&R, but I can’t do it.
It just doesn’t have it anymore.
Terrible story plots…too many new (bad) actors…all homely…and nothing else.
In fact…the show has the homeliest cast of all the soaps.
The producers need to kill a few off…like Adam.

I love the YR. But the lady in the green dress that walks through the Grand Phoenix every time it shows it is so annoying!! She has been on the YR for months and has had on the same dress every time it shows her!! If she’s gonna be there give the lady a change of wardrobe please!!

Although I really enjoy TH&HN, It Has Started getting A Bit Boring ,Veronica Character Is RIDICULOUS, And Candace part is dragging out too Damn Longggg to hv her caught /w that Stolen money,However I will miss it.
Would love for Maria bell, or Kay Alden , or someone else from the early 2000s . I care so much as if I created it. Soaps are still important and Young and restless is very important to me.
I love The Young and restless very much , been watching along time , I want the show to do well. If the writing needs help , they need to fix it . There are alot of quality writers in this country. Please fix the issues . I don’t want to loose the show. I feel it’s better than a few months ago. The show will be 50years old. I want it to get there. Josh Griffith can be replaced,. CBS please fix the problems,. Thanks .
