TV show description:
This comedy series revolves around a group of friends who are close to finding a relationship but aren’t quite there yet. Whether it’s due to a lack of style, the wrong job or even just a bad haircut, everyone goes through a time in their lives when they’re undateable.
Danny Burton (Chris D’Elia) is confident, attractive and impervious to outside opinions. On the cusp of turning 30, Danny decides to help out his new roommate, Justin Kearney (Brent Morin), the owner of an unsuccessful bar and a chronic overthinker.
Justin’s group of oddball friends could also use some help; including loveable bar regular Shelly (Ron Funches); an unapologetically honest bar regular named Burski (Rick Glassman); and gay bartender Brett (David Fynn).
Danny introduces the friends to his recently divorced older sister, Leslie Burton (Bianca Kajlich). She immediately bonds with this group of guys because she feels a little stuck in her own life as well.
The gang of singles spends most of their time at Justin’s bar, helping solve each other’s respective problems over beers. While they love to give each other a hard time, they always have each other’s back.
Episode #36 — The Backstreet Boys Walk into a Bar
Danny and Justin face-off after Justin has the Backstreet Boys help him with a surprise. Meanwhile, the gang teams up to help Candace get something back from her ex-boyfriend, Trent (guest star Adam Hagenbuch).
First aired: January 29, 2016.
What do you think? Do you like the Undateable TV series? Do you think it should have been cancelled or renewed for a fourth season?
BRING IT BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It probably failed because of the title, but it was so unique and fun to watch!
I LOVE this show!!! Sheesh….let’s cancel the duplicate shows and leave some of the originals.
Why did you cancel? This show was a great show…. It was funny… Please bring it back…
BRING BACK “UNDATEABLE”. FUNNIEST SHOW, GREAT CAST AND MY WIFE AND I LOVE THE LIVE VERSION. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!
I hated this show in the beginning but then they went live and I fell in love with it. Very funny and really made me laugh. Shame that’s when you get rid of it.
You always cancel the good shows!
This was the funniest show on television hands down. But you ruined it by moving it to a night that is not night when working adults stay home and watch tv. Even tho I absolutely loved the show, inwasnt always home and would have to watch it on demand or at the NBC app. Please give it another shot!
Loved this show even more when they did it live. Sorry to see it go.
It DEFINATELY should have been renewed…. Best comedy, most Original and my husband and I loved it. It was one of the only shows we liked together. renew iT PLEASE!!!!
The plug pullers need to have their plugs pulled. REALLY stupid decisions this year! Although I felt Whitney was waay too tangy for the show I really loved watching it
The show was one of the best on TV. I am tire of all the police spin offs and all the reality shoes that have been on for the last 10 years. This was a welcome change. It was an out and out good show. I am going to miss it.
Come on!! Best comedy on TV and it was cancelled? I have lost all faith in humanity.
Awesome show! I’m so tired of these “reality” shows. Come back to earth and spend time with real people, situations and the true realities of life…..and comedians who work so well together! Bravo – to the cast and to the writers – but the improv on the shows makes it even better!!!
Very clever show. They must have some very talented writers. Love that it went live. Hope to keep enjoying this funny show. I need some good laughs
Cancelled? Whose genius idea was it to cancel one of the BEST comedies shows ever? ..Danny is simply hysterical. The entre cast simply “works” Hopefully NBC will pull their head out of their asses and renew!
