What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the AMC cable network, The Walking Dead follows a group of humans struggling to survive and adapt to a world that’s filled with zombies. This season, the large cast includes Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Steven Yuen, Lauren Cohan, Chandler Riggs, Danai Gurira, Melissa McBride, Michael Cudlitz, Lennie James, Sonequa Martin-Green, Alanna Masterson, Josh McDermitt, Christian Serratos, Seth Gilliam, Ross Marquand, Austin Nichols, Austin Amelio, Tom Payne, Xander Berkeley, Khary Payton, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan. The supporting cast includes Corey Hawkins, Katelyn Nacon, Jason Douglas, Ann Mahoney, Christine Evangelista, and Steven Ogg. Which actors will be around for season eight?
Season Seven Ratings

Telly’s Take
Even in its seventh season, The Walking Dead is by far AMC’s strongest scripted TV series, in terms of both total audience size and the targeted 18-49-year-old viewer demo. When a show runs this long, and yet remains this successful, subsequent season renewals come down to money and will. If the writers and actors want to continue making new seasons and can agree on financial terms, AMC will be glad to have them back.

Glad it was renewed. There isn’t much in the original form of drama thriller and suspense. I watch this series more than any other.
First five seasons were interesting. The first episode of season six was so bad that I no longer watch it, ever..
Glad they renewed the walking dead its the best show me,my family and friends don’t miss one show we all have watched the show since day it came on the air we love the Walking Dead
