What’s This TV Show About?
A western family drama on the Hallmark cable channel, When Calls the Heart stars Erin Krakow, Lori Loughlin, Jack Wagner, Martin Cummins, Pascale Hutton, and Kavan Smith. Inspired by the Janette Oke novel, the Hallmark Channel TV series centers on Elizabeth Thatcher (Krakow), a young teacher from a high society background. When she is assigned to teach in a coal country classroom, her life completely changes, particularly when she meets Royal North West Mounted Policie Constable Jack Thornton (Daniel Lissing). Season six kicks off with the recently widowed Elizabeth Thatcher Thornton anticipating the arrival of Jack’s posthumous baby.
Season Six Ratings
The sixth season of When Calls the Heart averaged a 0.27 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 2.46 million viewers. Compared to season five, that’s down by 4% in the demo and up by 1% in viewership. Learn how When Calls the Heart stacks up against other Hallmark Channel TV shows.

Will Hallmark cancel or renew When Calls the Heart for season seven? I’m sure that the series will be renewed. In addition, a spin-off called When Calls Hope will premiere on Hallmark’s streaming service in 2019. I’ll keep an eye on the Nielsen numbers, as we wait for an official announcement. I would like to see When Calls the Heart continue. I have watched it from the beginning and was disappointed when it was removed so quickly. I am hoping you are reworking the Season 7 shows that were ready to go and will release them soon.
Please continue When Calls The Heart. I had just discovered it this season and was looking forward to watching the series. Love seeing all my favorite actors. Very disappointed that it has been taken off the air.
Please don’t cancel this show. My husband and I love watching it and want to know the next chapter in Hope Valleys future. I hat Lottie won’t be back because I feel she deserves a second chance but I understand your decision. Love this show!!!
I would love to see Lori Laughlin return as Abigail, but I will continue to watch WCTH regardless! I love this series!
Unfortunately I have been unable to watch episode 6 of when calls the heart as it is no longer on the women’s channel with my cable provider in Canada. trying to find how I can watch it but not sure . hope you can be of help. I love the show. thanks in advance

Please find a way to continue with this series. I patiently waited for it to start, only to be pulled almost right away. I don’t think anyone cares if Loughlin is in it. Just bring it back.

I am very sad that hallmark pulled When Calls The Heart. I look forward to seeing season 6 come back, plus more seasons to come. It is such a lovely show with great heart.
Please replace Abigail and have the series continue for years to come. We so look forward to seeing this on Sunday evenings. Hallmark is about the only channel we watch anymore.

Please, please keep going on to season 7. I am positive you can figure something out. This is an amazing family show that I can watch with both my young girls (6 & 9). I only wish there were more shows like this on tv. We would be so sad if you discontinued. Thank you for everything you do. God bless.

I would like to see When Calls the Heart to be renewed for 7th season!
They can have Abigail have an accident using a double she dies then bring someone in to buy the restaurant vote for another mayor still so much left to go with this show would be terrible not to go on.
I would love for the show to return. I didn’t know that the show would be gone “cold turkey”. There is so much more to the story line. I would love another season also, like so many other viewers.
