The queen of daytime, Judge Judy Sheindlin, isn’t going away anytime soon. The very popular court TV series Judge Judy has been renewed through season 21 in 2017.
Judge Judy is currently in its 17th season and averages more than nine million viewers a day. It’s been the top-rated half hour court program since it debuted and for 860 straight weeks.
Having a long-term contract is nothing new. Back in 2011, Sheindlin signed through 2015.

On episode 5261 judge Judy dismissed the car case even though California law requires the seller to have the car for sale to be smogged. The seller did not comply to this law. Judge Judy ignored this information and ruled against the plaintiff although this transaction was illegal. Judge Judy needs to keep up with California law before ruling in cases such as these. I always enjoy watching Judge Judy but feel she this was a miscarriage of justice.
Does anyone know when Judge judy’s season 21 is gonna end?? And when is season 22 gonna premiere?? I can’t wait to see it.
I have loved watching Judge Judy for almost 20 years. I DVR all shows through Comcast. NOT very happy with the show for the past year. She seems too impatient to end a case without listening to all the evidence. She constantly says”I don’t care” and abruptly dismisses the plaintiff. She will then exclaim “I am done”. Leaving all watching perplexed and very frustrated. Horrible decision by CBS. Hope they don’t make the same mistake in 2017.

She is real, her cases are real and she is a licensed attorney and judge. Her husband is also a Judge. People go to her because they didn’t like their decisions. She is their last resort. They have a home in Naples, FL.
