What’s This TV Show About?
An OWN primetime soap opera from Jamey Giddens and Will Packer, Ambitions stars Robin Givens, Essence Atkins, Brian Bosworth, Deena Dill, Gino Anthony Pesi, Kayla Smith, Kendrick Cross, Brely Evans, Brian White, Matt Cedeño, and Erica Page. Unfolding in Atlanta, Georgia, the family drama delves into the ways sex, love, power, and politics play out in The ATL. The series centers on former college best friends Stephanie Lancaster (Givens) and Amara Hughes (Atkins), who are now high-powered attorneys at odds in both the personal and professional arenas of their lives.

Will OWN cancel or renew Ambitions for season two? The ratings were pretty solid when it was following The Haves and the Have Nots. Though the numbers have dropped significantly without it, I still think that it will still be renewed. I’ll keep an eye on the Nielsens and update this page with breaking developments. Not fair every time I get into a show it gets cancelled. Not fair at all!!!
Please bring back Ambitions!!! I am so disappointed that you are canceling Ambitions! I was a faithful watcher of the show which was so captivating with so many twists and turns. The characters were great and the plot left you wanting more!!! There was no other show like it, which was why it was so interesting and such a relief from all of the reality shows. I was so looking forward to the next season… I am totally disappointed.

Yes! Please bring ambitions back. I was glued to my t.v and tablet! Now I’m left with my mouth hanging . I would tell my husband one more episode and would catch him watching as well …I keep watching episodes over and over hoping soon to see season 2, even if you just finished it up with season 2 it would be so satisfying!!! I thought Ambitions was a great show. The writing and acting far outshined many of the other shows. If shows on OWN were advertised better, more people would watch them and their ratings would go up substantially.
I know many people who don’t even know OWN or its shows exist, which is very sad for a Black owned network.
It was a great show with various twists. I hope that it can return.

Ambition is a good show. Let Season 2 start soon. I truly enjoy Robin Givens!!!! The shown is very refreshing and good. Each week can’t wait to see what’s next.
