Get ready for more of those big Reagan family dinners. CBS has renewed Blue Bloods for a sixth season.
Blue Bloods revolves around the Irish-American Reagan family and their work as part of the NYPD. The cast includes Tom Selleck, Donnie Wahlberg, Bridget Moynahan, Will Estes, Len Cariou, Amy Carlson, Sami Gayle, Vanessa Ray, and Marisa Ramirez.
A cornerstone of the CBS schedule on Friday nights, Blue Bloods has been down slightly in season five. The show’s been averaging a 1.29 rating in the 18-49 demographic (down 8%) but is averaging a whopping 11.29 million viewers, consistently making it the most-watched show on network television on Friday nights.

This season was the first time I ever watched Blue Bloods, as I even did not care for name. Aside from watching Criminal Minds, Blue Bloods has become my favorite all time show on T.V. I really think it’s great. It is the way a family should act to one another like it used to be when I was growing up. I look forward to there dinners. Blue Bloods best and most realistic show on tv. Great cast top notch actors. Please don’t cancel it. We don’t need anymore CSI shows. I’m sick of those.

Yes keep Blue Bloods rolling! My whole family watches from age 15-84 there’s 5 in my house hold. I love the family values, family dinners and Praying at the dinner table as my family did growing up and still does. Plus you get action,mystery, and up to date topics, manly men and strong women. Love it go for at least 5 more seasons!
What a wonderful show & great actors & actresses. Why would you not continue with this
show! It depicts wonderful family values, which naturally carries over into their everyday
lives. It is truly refreshing to watch this show, when some of the other programs that are shown do not possess this same quality. Keep up the Good Work !

My favorite show. I enjoy all of the cast. I especially enjoy the prayers they have at their dinner table.

Jennifer Esposito needs to return to Blue Bloods. She wasn’t the star of the show but she made a good part. Jackie was cool and had a fabulous bad ass attitude it needed. Get her back!
Totally agree. Would love to see Jackie come back. She is a missed character. Sorry but the others in the role just don’t fit.
Many of the actors in the show have their issues (private life things) so I don’t see why Jackie’s can’t be resolved.

I love this show. With all of the reality shows Blue Bloods is such a great family show. They take on a real family show. It’s believable. Not like some tv shows. CBS has a great Friday night lineup. Please don’t change it. I don’t want to change the channel, but I will.

I watch it without fail, its a must run no matter how many seasons are there.
