FOX is trying something new this season by breaking up Sunday’s “Animation Domination” block with Brooklyn Nine-Nine, a live-action sitcom. Will this gamble pay off or will it fail? Will this police comedy be cancelled or renewed for a third season? Stay tuned.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine follows a group of unique detectives and their newly appointed captain at the NYPD’s 99th Precinct. The sitcom’s cast includes Andy Samberg, Stephanie Beatriz, Terry Crews, Melissa Fumero, Joe Lo Truglio, Chelsea Peretti, Dirk Blocker, Joel McKinnon MIller, and Andre Braugher.
The higher a show’s ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better its chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — typically the following morning, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.
1/17 update: FOX has renewed Brooklyn Nine-Nine for a third season.
Final season averages: 1.69 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 3.54 million total viewers.

These are the final national numbers (unless noted with an “*”). These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.
For comparisons: The first season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine averaged a 1.7 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 3.98 million viewers.

According to this link episode 2 has a 1.7. The website said it was adjusted up. And that the 1.6 was due to the Nielsen glitch!!!!
It’s not listed as having been affected by the glitch in any of the reports I have. I do see that the actual demo rating was a 1.64 (instead of the rounded 1.6) so I’ve made that edit.
Can you also find the actual ratings for The simpsons and family guy if possible
Thanks
To the person that has stated anyone with an IQ of 10 or greater would realise the show is crap I have an IQ of 133 and I think it’s hilarious
This is an excellent show dong something that hasn’t been done before. watching it always puts a smile on my face as the humour is easy to understand and the characters are great also. although I only started watching this a week ago I have watched 15 episodes on netflix in a week even though I am at university, working an juggling family life, that how good it is!
what exactly are they dong that hasn’t been donged before?
just kidding…this show is the worst though. can’t believe it get renewed once, let alone twice.
This is the dumbest show that has ever been on television, if you have an IQ of 10 or greater you would realize that.

I love this show. I’m glad to see its ratings are improving. Sort of.
I enjoy this show. It’s quite silly.
Another Fox Show That Should Be Gone Its Just As Bad As Mulaney
The Tuesday night Fox sitcom line-up made a lot more sense for this show. It was okay (but far from great) as a bridge from Dads to New Girl. But going from an hour’s animation (Bob’s Burgers and the Simpsons) to this then to Family Guy then to Mulany (and wow, does that look awful) is like eating ice cream mixed with spaghetti: Separate they’re fine, but together, you don’t want it.
The ratings are up 50% from last finale… on par with the series premier rating so what their doing for the show is working seeing how their tuesday block is failing hard…
