Netflix is becoming bossy. Variety reports the streaming service has ordered a new comedy series based on #Girlboss, the best-selling autobiography by Sophia Amoruso.

The series is being developed by Netflix, Pitch Perfect writer Kay Cannon, and Charlize Theron.

Released in 2014, #Girlboss tells the story of how Amoruso went from a poor young woman to head of the popular fashion retailer Nasty Gal.
