Do viewers have faith in the first season of the God Friended Me TV show on CBS? A drama series airing on CBS, God Friended Me stars Brandon Micheal Hall, Violett Beane, Suraj Sharma, Javicia Leslie, and Joe Morton. Set in New York City, the series revolves around a thoughtful and outspoken podcaster named Miles(Hall). Miles is an atheist and that puts him at odds with his reverend father (Morton). Miles’ life is turned upside down when he receives a friend request on social media from a user named “God”. He eventually accepts and starts digging into his new friend’s account, convinced it’s a hoax. He partners with journalist Cara Bloom (Beane) and gets additional aide from his sister Ali (Leslie) and his hacker pal Rakesh (Sharma). Miles is convinced that the “God” account is an elaborate hoax and is devoted to uncovering the truth. In the meantime, he’s playing along and, in the process, seeing his life changed forever.

This show actually sucks! It is so inundated with political correctness, it has no sense of reality…even after the suspension of.
The latest episode titled a House Divided seemed a lot like a Scooby Do episode with Miles and friends trying to solve a mystery and understanding people they don’t even know! It was very absurd. All that was lacking was Fred driving the Mystery Machine. This show lost me and is headed toward cancellation.

I love this show!! It is inspirational. People should love each other for the people they are regardless of religion, wealth, tradition. Acceptance of the diversity of people is how we will grow as a society. Love and acceptance.

This show is simply amazing. Being a 50+ person, and believing in a higher power, I LOVE this show over the vast majority of trash on network TV nowadays. Please RENEW.. RENEW.. RENEW.. gives us something else to believe in beside the HATE, divisiveness, and, low energy – well written shows that give one to believe there is a reason to live. Love the show. Love the cast- all of them. Love the story lines. Please keep this refreshing program on air. With so much going wrong in this country, this show is pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you.
Finally a show without sex or violence. This show is very inspirational especially during the difficult times we live in. I truly hope this show continues. We need more programming like this.
