Last night, Jimmy Fallon gave Betty White a chance to do something that she knows how to do really well — perhaps even better than expertly delivering a sexy double entendre. On Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, the host challenged the 89-year-old actress to another game of Password, complete with the vintage set. (They previously played together in January.)
White has a long history with the venerable game show and is the only person to have appeared on every version of it. She also met her late husband, host Allen Ludden, in the 1960s while doing the show. He pursued her and they married in 1963. They remained together until his passing from cancer in 1981. Last night, White noted that her appearance on Fallon’s show marked what would have been their 48th wedding anniversary.
Though White is still sharp as a tack and previously beat Fallon at beer-pong, he ended up winning this round (just lucky!). It didn’t matter though. It’s still fun to watch White back in her element. Take a look:
What do you think? Was it a fair game? Was Betty robbed?
