Lost has been off the air for nearly six years, but it’s still on the mind of Carlton Cuse. Recently, the executive producer discussed the ABC series, via The Hollywood Reporter.
The action-adventure drama centered on a group of seemingly unrelated people who are stranded on a mysterious island after a plane crash. The cast included Matthew Fox, Josh Holloway, Terry O’Quinn, Evangeline Lilly, Naveen Andrews, Daniel Dae Kim, Jorge Garcia, Yunjin Kim, Michael Emerson, and Dominic Monaghan. The series ran for six seasons before ending in 2010.
During a recent musical reunion in Hollywood, Cuse revealed some of his regrets from the series. One of those regrets was the introduction of Nikki and Paolo:
We realized right away that we failed. We didn’t like it.”
But would he change anything about the show?
Damon [Lindelof] and I accept that the show is what it is, warts and all. Everything is a part of it. So ultimately, is there anything I would change? The answer is no.”
