EPs Joe Henderson and Ildy Modrovich, co-showrunners of the cancelled Lucifer TV show on FOX, want to give the devil his due, and the fans are with them. The duo already has plans sketched out for Lucifer season four. They are teasing them out — but just enough so that they won’t spoil the audience, if some guardian angel steps in to save Lucifer for a fourth season.
A FOX fantasy procedural, Lucifer stars Tom Ellis, Lauren German, DB Woodside, Lesley-Ann Brandt, Kevin Alejandro, Rachael Harris, Aimee Garcia, Tricia Helfer, Scarlett Estevez, and Tom Welling. The mystery comedy-drama centers on Lucifer Morningstar (Ellis) who abandoned his throne, retired to Los Angeles, opened up a nightclub, and started helping LAPD Detective Chloe Decker (German) crack cases.

DEADLINE: What did you have planned for season 4?
HENDERSON: As you saw in the finale, Chloe saw Lucifer’s devil face. Finally, proof that Lucifer really is who he said he was. No turning back. Chloe knows the truth.
So that was the big thrust of season 4 – exploring Chloe dealing with those ramifications, and how it affected her relationship with Lucifer. Both professionally and personally. Can you work with the Devil? Can you LOVE the devil?
MODROVICH: And we also had an exciting character from Lucifer’s past who was going to come in and mix everything up. A very personal, intimate figure who we won’t reveal the identity of yet… until we find out if we get the chance to tell the tale on a new network.

Please find another network to pick up Lucifer. My husband and I LOVE,LOVE,LOVE, this show and never miss an episode . Always look forward to the next episode and feel after seeing the finale it leaves you hanging only wanting More! Fox you made a Big Mistake. A very Foolish move; so disappointed. Keeping my fingers crossed that there will many more seasons. The cast is awesome as well as the storyline.
I was ready for a forth season! I am really mad at Fox! Now Gothem too. I hate fox and ABC sucks too. Fox has the worst Sunday and Saturday shows. Why not a Sunday night. I would watch.
Im hoping they get picked up by other network.. One of my favorite shows cant believe fox cancelled it.. They deserve atleast one more season to end it right.
Leaving this show at the proverbial crossroads fans have waited for for3 years is cruel and not market sensirive. Superheroes are in such as X-Men, avengers, wonderwoman and Gotham. Now is not the time to take away a show that can successfully lead the viewer to watch the next Fox show or whatever network scoops it up.
This is the ONLY show I look forward to and make sure I didn’t miss. Shame on you!
Time for a transient God character to set some parameters. “You can never know her in the biblical sense!” he will command. Have Michael show up first , sexier, smarter, stronger. Have some out of control demons that he has to round up and subdue and Maise returns them to the netherworld. Or make a cinematic release.

If that was the Lucifer series finale, it certainly wasn’t very satisfying. All those loose ends!! And it kind of feels like when somebody yanks the rug out from under you. No warning whatsoever. I don’t know what the network executives were thinking. Lucifer was my favorite program!! I still can’t believe it.
This is so ******* unfair Lucifer was and is one of my favourite shows. Why on earth they cancelled the show, are they mad?????!!!!!! They always scrue up things when they got awesome.
I just hope they countinue Lucifer on another network/tv.

I would absolutely watch a 4th, 5th, 6th….season. I would have a problem with Hulu or some other streaming only option, but another network, I will be there. There was only 2 shows on Fox anymore that I watched and they just cancelled both of them, and Lucifer was my favorite. Unbelievable!
