What’s in store for the new season of MacGyver? CBS just released new details and photos from the TV show’s season four premiere.
Based on the hit ’80s series, the action drama centers on Angus “Mac” MacGyver (Lucas Till), a 20-something adventurer who uses his vast scientific knowledge and extraordinary talent for unconventional problem solving to save the world. The cast also includes George Eads, Tristin Mays, Justin Hires, and Meredith Eaton.
Season four of MacGyver will feature a new character played by Lost’s Henry Ian Cusick. The new season debuts on CBS on February 7th at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Check out more details and photos below:

What do you think? Are you a fan of MacGyver? Are you excited for the new season?
MacGyver used to be a good show, until George Eads left. It went seriously downhill from there. I haven’t watched, and won’t, S4. It really sucks now. I don’t care about behind the scenes politics of the show, it’s supposed to be about good entertainment, which it no longer is.
