Henry Ian Cusick is coming to CBS. Deadline reports the Lost star has joined season four of MacGyver.
A reboot of the ’80s action drama, the series centers on Angus “Mac” MacGyver (Lucas Till), a 20-something adventurer who uses his vast scientific knowledge and an extraordinary talent for unconventional problem solving to save the world. The cast also includes Tristin Mays, Justin Hires, and Meredith Eaton.
On MacGyver, Cusick will be playing “Russ, a lead opposite Lucas Till’s MacGyver. Russ is handsome and quick-witted Oxford-educated ex-military who is a master manipulator and salesman — skilled in propaganda and lie detection with an extremely high emotional intelligence.”
Season four of MacGyver is expected to debut on CBS midseason 2019-20.

I love MacGyver I seen he was an on Friday with bluebloods and Hawaii Five-0 I thought maybe he was canceled I am so very happy that you he is coming back for the season please when you get a chance if you could give me a date when that would be I would appreciate it and I older lady at 72 and I try and write down all of my favorite programs so I don’t forget tomorrow is the day
I love Macgyver!! I loved the original and the reboot. It is a great show that shows my son that if things dont work as you plan there is always a work around. I hope that this show keeps coming back!!
I love the series MacGyver. She is the best series ever for me. The newcomers I think great because you miss no George Eads. Without him it works just as well, if not better. My favorite is and remains Lucas Till who is absolutely brilliant. The others are just as great. So for many, many more seasons of MacGyver, if CBS finds her brain again. So MacGyver is absolutely great.

Show stinks now without eads.Miracle the running add the show it’s not gonna be anything like the first three years to show officially stinks. Don’t expect anything like the first three seasons it’s going to be a lot worse if the ratings are any indication at the end of last season.
I’ve been missing him in The 100.

I love MacGyver and I am sure Henry Ian Cusick will be an asset, he was great on List too. I still miss George though.
Love macgyver, but terribly miss his first partner is gone , the older guy, for some us older people
I think that this is terrible show, and it should not have been renewed.
