What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the NBC television network, the Manifest TV show stars Melissa Roxburgh, Josh Dallas, Athena Karkanis, J.R. Ramirez, Luna Blaise, Jack Messina, Parveen Kaur, Matt Long, and Holly Taylor. After a turbulent but routine flight, the crew and passengers of Flight 828 disembarked to find the world had aged more than five years. Their friends, families, and colleagues had given up hope of ever seeing them again. Now, faced with the impossible, the passengers’ dreams of a second chance at life evaporate as they encounter imminent dangers surrounding them, both tangible and unexplained. In season three, new challenges will test the Stone family’s trust of “the callings” and each other. Sticking together is more important than ever because no matter what happens, it’s all connected.
Season Three Ratings
The third season of Manifest averaged a 0.47 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 3.09 million viewers. Compared to season two, that’s down by 31% in the demo and down by 21% in viewership. Find out how Manifest stacks up against other NBC TV shows.
Manifest was cancelled by NBC but was later revived for a fourth and final season on Netflix. Season four resumes on June 2, 2023. Stay tuned for further updates.
Telly’s Take
Will NBC cancel or renew Manifest for season four? This show doesn’t deliver great traditional ratings but I think it does well enough with streaming and delayed viewing for it to potentially be renewed. It’s a co-production of Warner Bros. and NBCUniversal. If it’s cancelled, I think NBC will try to bring the story to a conclusion (ala Timeless’ wrap-up finale). That’s the problem with network TV. I’m always amazed when good shows are cancelled while some seriously flawed and silly shows go into 6 or 7 seasons. If Manifest were on cable, the 4th season would be secured.

I rarely watch TV with the exception of the Hallmark Channel but I do watch Manifest and truly enjoy it and hope it returns
Concerned the way they have been showing two a week, thats often a burn off strategy; but end of the season is coming up too and this started pretty late so maybe it’s just necessary to fit the whole season in.

I want the show to return for manifest season 5
The more this show has progressed, the better I like it. So good, so mysterious, so not-obvious in the plot. Initially, it reminded me very much of Lost, which I loved until the lousy finale. I actually like Manifest better and can’t wait for more.
Manifest is one of those very rare TV shows on television that has something new for people to watch. Many TV shows on the air today are just reality shows and not many of them on TV today are shows with an exciting new premise and idea that keeps the viewers coming back for more. I have watched the greatest shows of all time, many of which were actually created by NBC like Friends, The Golden Girls, and even Knight Rider, and every single one of them are from an era where every TV show on the air was something… Read more »
I love this show. Too many are reality shows. I hope there is a season 4. I have watched it from the beginning & never missed one season or episode.
