The characters in Perfect Couples get into a lot of funny situations. Unfortunately, there’s nothing humorous about the sitcom’s chances for a second season. The ratings have been terrible and it’s all but guaranteed to be cancelled after just one short season.
What can you do? Remember, the ideal scenario for NBC is for many millions of people to watch the show on their television sets, while it’s being broadcast. Unfortunately, ratings are put together based on a sampling of viewers. If you’re a “Nielsen household,” your viewing is being counted. If not, it’s not.
However, if you like Perfect Couples and want to see it continue, there are a few things you can do to help.
- If you’re a Nielsen family, watch the show whenever it’s on. If not, watch it on NBC.com or purchase episodes online so your viewing will be directly counted. Encourage others to watch the show. You might know a Nielsen family and not be aware of it.
- Talk about the show with others; at school, at work, online, or wherever. Creating a buzz about a show that you’re invested in gets other people interested and might help bring former viewers back.
- Sign the petition below and encourage others to do the same.
- Write to the network. Be respectful. Everyone responds better to courtesy. Tell them how much you enjoy the show, that you’ve signed the petition, and that you want to see it continue. - Take note of the products that are advertised during the show. Contact the advertisers and tell them that you appreciate their sponsoring the show and that you buy their products (if you do).

I loved this show. I don't think I realized it existed until it was almost over. I would watch this show along with how I met your mother, 30 rock, and parks and rec...friends and futurama also make the top of the list.

Witty comedy at it's best, hilarious! I've spoken to many and everyone loved the show, what's the deal? Possibly the marketing efforts? Same with the show "Bent". You've got to be kidding, gut busting humor quick and witty... Good stuff. To bad you took it off the air... Hopefully you change your minds.

This is a really great show. We love all the characters and their different relationships. We would have never known about it if it weren't for Hulu rating it most popular. Please please please don't cancel this show. It's the best we've see in a while.

That show was hilarious and the characters were lovable. It was a different kind of humor that is not being replicated in any other show. The Office is not going to last, I'm sorry to say. I would absolutely devote myself to this show.

Loved Perfect Couples. Caught it on HULU, could not stop laughing and watching it! I've been waiting for it to come back. How could it not sign another series? Maybe NBC should boost the advertising for it, because everyone that has seen the show loves it.

This show helped me get through my lung cancer. when i watched the show i just forgot about the stuff I was going through. then after the surgery they told me that they were able to get rid of the cancer, I waited for thursday unbelievably happy that I get to keep watching the show that helped me through the hardest part of my life. I wondered why it wasn't on that thursday so I did some research and found out that NBC removed it but didn't cancel it. I waited patiently for them to find another time slot for it. Then one day I went online and heard the second worst news in my life(first, being when I was diagnosed with lung cancer). They canceled Perfect Couples.

I recently started watching perfect couples on Hulu and found that it is the perfect comedy for myself as well as my girlfriend, both individually and together in our relationship. It has all kinds of humor in it for everyone, and most notably a lot of intelligent humor. It also has all around good writing, character archetypes, and real life relationship problems and situations that provoke a lot of introspection and have taught me a lot about relationships and how to function in them. I could not imagine a more perfect show, especially for modern couples. The fact that it got bad ratings says a lot about the intelligence level of the people who were surveyed, but should they really be allowed to dictate the cancelling of an extremely well written show? The fact that NBC did not even give it a chance to improve is almost more upsetting than the fact that it got cancelled either because some people are not intelligent enough to like such a show, or because of something that could have been just mere circumstance. Either way I intend to do everything I can to help bring the show back, as it is one of the best shows I have seen since the office and parks and rec.

I was incredibly disappointed to learn that my family's favorite show, "Perfect Couples" got cancelled late last year after only 1 season. Please bring this show back. It is such a funny show, with a great cast who all really work well together with their characters. Brilliant writing! Please bring this show back on TV.
