What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the FOX television network, The Resident stars Matt Czuchry, Emily VanCamp, Manish Dayal, Moran Atias, Merrin Dungey, Shaunette Renée Wilson, Melina Kanakaredes, and Bruce Greenwood. The medical drama centers on Dr. Devon Pravesh (Dayal), a newly minted resident, as well as Senior Resident Dr. Conrad Hawkins (Czuchry), and their colleagues at the Chastain Park Memorial Hospital. Although its motto is, “Committed to excellence,” the hospital is staffed with human beings, and humans are flawed. Now that Devon is on the other side of the institution’s velvet ropes, Conrad wants him to understand the reality of medicine and its delivery.

Will FOX cancel or renew The Resident for season two? Other than the special premiere, the ratings haven’t been very good. My gut tells me to put on my eating pants and prepare fans for the prospect of cancellation but FOX has lots of ratings woes so it could be renewed. Please do not cancel the resident it is one of the best programs on TV as of today more like er so it would be a tragedy to get rid of the show
Please renew this show. Love the actors And the different plots. The only thing they should get rid of is Leanne Hunter.. The show is great we need more like it please keep it

This show is REMARKABLE because it shows the defects of people in the hospital as well as good qualities. This is much more realistic than most medical dramas; this is an OUTSTANDING program. PLEASE RENEW IT.

Please don’t cancel the show. It has a good balance of comedy and seriousness, evil vs good. To end this show would be devastating .
