Even in its 14th season, Shondaland’s Grey’s Anatomy is routinely the top Nielsen ratings performer out of ABC’s scripted, primetime programming. Still, once it does end (one day), whither the Alphabet Network? Enter the new Station 19 TV show. Unlike Private Pratice, a long-cancelled Grey’s spin-off, Station 19 is set at a Seattle firehouse, where all the firefighters are EMTs. Can they stabilize the network ahead of the eventual end of the parent-series? Will Station 19 be cancelled or renewed for season two? Stay tuned.
From creator Stacy McKee, Station 19 is an action drama. The ABC TV series stars Jaina Lee Ortiz, Jason George, Grey Damon, Barrett Doss, Alberto Frezza, Jay Hayden, Okieriete Onaodowan, Danielle Savre, and Miguel Sandoval. The story centers on the crew of Seattle’s Station 19 — the best of the best. Thanks to close quarters, and the nature of the job, over the course of their 24-hour shifts, the team at Station 19 have grown into a family. The roots of their relationships run deep, and not all of the action they see takes place on the streets.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly in the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — typically around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.
5/18 update: You can see the latest night’s ratings in context.
Note: If you’re not seeing the updated charts, please try reloading the page. You can also see them here.
Note: These are the Live + Same Day Ratings which include “live” viewing plus delayed DVR viewing, up until 3am local time that same night. Ratings marked with an “*” are the fast affiliate ratings and will be updated with the Live+SD numbers when they are made available. Typically, networks get paid for C+3 ratings which includes DVR viewing within three days of the original airing when commercials are watched. Those numbers are rarely released to the press.
What do you think? Do you like the Station 19 TV series on ABC? Should it be cancelled or renewed for a second season?

Love it! KEEP it!!
Less talk and more action might save this show and less female writers!
That’s pretty sexist.
I love these shows Stagion 19 (6 episodes), Splitting up Togheter (4 episodes) and For the People (6 episodes) why do you do this and then cancel it just like that. Then don’t show the whole seasons programs and bring something else. Let’s see
