What’s ahead for Hondo and his team in the fourth season of the SWAT TV show on CBS? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like SWAT is cancelled or renewed for season five. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustration when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we invite you to rate all of the fourth season episodes of SWAT here. *Status Update Below.
A CBS crime action drama, the SWAT TV show stars Shemar Moore, Alex Russell, Jay Harrington, Lina Esco, Kenny Johnson, David Lim, Patrick St. Esprit, and Amy Farrington, with Bre Blair, Obba Babatundé, Deshae Frost, Rochelle Aytes, Susan Chuang, Chris L. McKenna, and David Gautreaux in recurring roles. The crime thriller centers on Sergeant Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson (Moore), a Los Angeles native and former Marine who’s been tapped to lead a new “last stop” Special Weapons And Tactics unit (S.W.A.T.). Thanks to his background, he is uniquely qualified to lead the team in a manner that also builds a bridge to the community he holds dear. Hondo’s group includes seasoned David “Deacon” Kay (Harrington), cocky newcomer Jim Street (Russell), canine trainer Christina “Chris” Alonso (Esco), expert driver Dominique Luca (Johnson), and informant-connected Victor Tan (Lim). Responsible for the management of all Metro Division S.W.A.T. units is Commander Robert Hicks (St. Esprit), a senior LAPD official with the Special Operations Bureau.

Just watched the show where a guy was trying to kill fireman. This show was the best so far, no racial, political stuff. As far as I am concerned they can remove the young boy that lives with Hondo and the kids father, those shows are typically racial. Very tired of that.

Did they change writers this season? Haven’t been really thrilled with the story lines this year. Need to have Lynch more involved with cases like season 3. Hoping it gets renewed for season 5.

Swat tv show stinks.
It has gotten progressively worse every year and is now a purely politically correct cliche that has no aspect of realism to it anymore.
I do Prefer The Deputy that was on FOX soooo much better
Episode 2 was much better than 1, in my opinion. Episode did not have any racial implications. Many of the new season shows are trying to shove racial stuff down our throats. I still thoroughly enjoy the show.

I think they should renew for Season 5 because it’s action packed and it’s exciting and their is a lot that they show that deal with real life situations. So I say yes to Season 5 and more Seasons after that.

SWAT Season 4 has been fantastic ever since it’s return. All 4 episodes so far have been actioned packed, kept you on the edge of your seat. The issues SWAT deals with are great because it’s dealing with what we are facing today racial issues, the pandemic, etc. They deal with the day to day issues no one else want to touch in full detail. They definitely do their homework and make it authentic and that goes along way. SWAT is my all time top favorite show!! I love it, can’t get enough of it. All of the actors do a fantastic job each and every episode. Shemar Moore is a wonderful actor and his charisma takes it to a different level. I can’t say enough about the action packed episodes that keep you on the edge of your seat each and every week. Plus the topics dealing with the issues of today are spot on. That’s what makes SWAT the best team around they definitely deliver. RENEW SWAT, RENEW SWAT!
the swat team leader looks constantly constipated. It’s amazing how many bad guys have automatic weapons, How many bullets fly.. it’s nothing like the real thing. I never see the good guys actually doing after action stuff. The show is almost as bad as NCIC LA, a cartoon show except this has more violence… but wait! The uber all knowing folks thought that Elmer Fudd shouldn’t have a shot gun because it promoted violence…right.
Give me a break. This is a good action Police show. Everyone in their right mind knows that these type of shoot outs don’t happen every day. If the show was real life it would be boring. Police driving around waiting for a call, stopping a red light violator, etc. The cast is great and take it for what it is a TV show. NCIS LA is also good, except it has some light comedy which at time is funny. Again the shooting and action is not real stuff, just a good hour of good watching.

More people need to watch it live so that it gets renewed again. Tell your friends and family to watch live, post it on your socials do everything so that we get another season!
I would be disappointed greatly if swat got canceled its the only show i look forward to seeing. Besides seeing a handsome shemar moore i enjoy seeing that team dynamics working hard together and getting things done. And still raising awareness to relevant issues that are happening now in society. Please dont take away the great show. Knowledge is key and we all need to speak on things that may be uncomfortable to us because we all play a part in this world. Both episodes of season 4 were very powerful storylines with excellent cast delivering it. This show should NOT be cancelled at all.

I think these were very powerful Episodes and a great way to start off season 4 of SWAT. I think the episodes are beyond wonderful and deserves a fifth season

This is literally my favorite show on TV.
Great TV series. Great cast and chemistry between the actors. Hope it stays on the air for many more years. Of course more of those terrible comedies shows will continue on the air.
