What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the NBC television network, Taken stars Clive Standen as a young, but still lethal Bryan Mills. The cast also includes Jennifer Beals, Adam Goldberg, and Jessica Camacho. This prequel series to the Liam Neeson feature film trilogy centers on Mills, as he and his team undertake rescue missions around the globe.
Season Two Ratings
The second season of Taken is averaging a 0.38 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 2.52 million viewers. Compared to season one, that’s down by 62% and 51%, respectively. Find out how Taken stacks up against other NBC TV shows.

Telly’s Take
Will NBC cancel or renew Taken for season three? Based on the US broadcasts, it was likely to be cancelled after one season. However, the show’s success overseas played into its continuation, so we’ll have to wait and see if that holds true, again — with much lower US ratings this time around. For now though, I’ll keep an eye on the Nielsens and update this page with breaking developments. Subscribe for free alerts on any Taken cancellation or renewal news.
4/18/18 update: NBC pulled and cancelled the Taken TV show. The final episodes will start airing on May 26, 2018.

Come on NBC you have a good thing going on with taken dont go messing it all up with stupid and underated writings and story line. If the persons in charge of writing the script cant give us a good line then get somebody who can. When you give us a good first season series and you get good response and ratings the viewers are happy but for some reasons youall start tripping and give us a messed up second season whats that all about. I hope they keep the show. More and more people will notice it on Netflix and then catch up with all The episodes. It’s a decent show with little to no offensive material. It’s patriotic and non partisan. KEEP THE SHOW

I was really hesitate on watching this show but I watched Season 1 online and was immediately hooked. The first epi of Season 2 I was a little unsure bc wasn’t liking Bryan with a beard. But after they shaved him I was cool w him again and so far I am loving Season 2. So therefore I really hope they continue this show with a Season 3. I hate getting hooked on a show only to have it canceled with just a few seasons or just one season. So please do not cancel this show give it more time.… Read more »
