What’s This TV Show About?
An NBC psychological thriller, The Enemy Within stars Jennifer Carpenter, Morris Chestnut, Raza Jaffrey, Kelli Garner, Cassandra Freeman, and Noah Mills. The character-based drama centers on former CIA operative and now infamous traitor Erica Shepherd (Carpenter) and FBI Agent Will Keaton (Chestnut). In order to apprehend a looming threat, Keaton must tap Shepherd’s expertise, even though she’s serving a life sentence in a supermax prison.

Will NBC cancel or renew The Enemy Within for season two? Although it premiered with positive numbers, the ratings quickly dropped. Still, NBC needs to establish new series and the network has several lower rated shows. I suspect it will be renewed but it could certainly be cancelled. Oh my gosh, this is the best show I’ve seen in ages. I hope they read all of this and keep it for AT LEAST another year! I would be devastated if it were cancelled!
I love the show! Sometimes it takes awhile for viewers to catch up. Jennifer Carpenter and Morris Chesnut are excellent actors. Give the show another year.

PLEASE, please keep this show! Just when I get invested in a great show lately, it gets canceled. This one has great acting, a unique premise, and it’s compelling to watch. It needs a little more time and it can be on the level of The Blacklist.

Please don’t cancel enemy within. I watch very few TV series.. The Brave was the last one and it was cancelled.. This is discouraging to even begin to watch series
This show is the best new show in years! Jennifer Carpenter is acting her butt off in every scene! She plays her her character is with everything she got and it shows brilliantly. Her facial expressions are fantastic. Great talent ! The plot is original and there is not a boring minute of each episode! Please give us a whole lot more of long seasons please. If you haven’t watched this show, you need to check it out ! Its Great!!
Great show! I hope NBC doesn’t cancel it. There’s too much sophomoric television. This show stands out.
Oh my gosh! This one has me super confused! Is she good or bad? She wouldn’t tell her daughter if she was working with the FBI? Why is her father a spy? Or is it for her protection? She gets this smerk and on her face and you wonder
You can’t cancel The Enemy Within I want to know what happens next…you can’t just leave is hanging like that… this is way to awesome of a show to cancel
I watched every episode of Dexter. Jennifer Carpenter was brilliant in that series. And she’s perfect for her role in Enemy Within. Great, convincing facial expressions and her usual superb acting skills. This show is too exciting to cancel.
Me too, loved the show. Love spy shows, MI-5, Berlin Station, others that have been cancelled over the years, The Bureau, French series, one of the best ever… No way to know after one episode how this will stand up to them, but action didn’t stop, and was so happy to see Dexter’s sister again.
