The Spanish Princess will continue to reign. Deadline reports Starz has ordered a “second run” for the TV show to wrap up the series.
A follow-up to The White Princess, the historical drama centers on Catherine of Aragon (Charlotte Hope), the first wife of England’s King Henry VIII (Ruairi O’Connor). The cast also includes Stephanie Levi-John, Angus Imrie, Harriet Walter, Laura Carmichael, Georgie Henley, and Elliot Cowan.
Starz has ordered eight additional episodes for The Spanish Princess, which premiered in early May. The first season of eight episodes will run through June 23rd.

We are enjoying the Spanish Princess very much and look forward to a second season.
This particular period piece is intriguing, with minute details of how they lived, including customs, and what appears as historical. A job well done in creating a fiction that seems true to life and of course there are some realities. It made me thirsty for more. The best period piece yet! I hope it runs longer, with Catherine’s next generation, if there will be that. It appears that Starz will add more episodes to season one as it indicates above until the end of June 2019. Love the show and I hope they keep it for a long time
I just started watching season one and I couldn’t stop. Loved it and I want more. I cannot find season two Has it been broadcasted yet? When will it start?
Me too. There will be another season LAEF, and they will add some additional episodes for season one, but they didn’t indicate when. Yay!
