What’s This TV Show About?
Chris Hardwick hosts this new game show airing on the NBC television network. The Wall follows pairs of players as they pursue a cash prize of up to $12 million. When a team answers a trivia question correctly, a green ball drops from the top of the grid-like wall and bounces randomly toward the bottom of the four-stories high structure. At the bottom of the wall, the ball will land in one of many slots, each with a value of $1 to $1 million. That value is added to the team’s total winnings. If the team misses a question, a red ball descends toward a random slot. The resulting amount will be deducted from the team’s total. In this game, players need both the answers, and lucky bounces, to win a big cash prize. Executive producer LeBron James is expected to appear in season two.
Season One Ratings
Season 2B of The Wall averaged a 1.06 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 5.20 million viewers. Compared to season one, that’s down by 30% and down by 16%, respectively. Find out how The Wall stacks up against the other NBC TV shows.

Telly’s Take
The premiere ratings were way down but are still respectable in today’s TV landscape. Will the numbers hold? I tend to doubt it. Midnight Texas is one of the best shows NBC has. They really should keep it. It’s original and interesting. They can’t say that about most of their programs. They need something for a younger demographic.
Please don’t cancel. Great show. Great host!!

The Wall is such an exciting game show! I love trying to answer as many questions, as I can, to test my knowledge. Naturally, the exciting part is when the ball drops, to see how much a person wins or loses…So what if it has similarities to Price is Right’s Plinko, or Who Wants to be a Millionaire! They are all fun and exciting shows to watch and different each week, to see if someone is lucky enough to make it big…I really hope The Wall gets renewed for Season 3 and hopefully, beyond that…

I find this show very exciting. I hope it gets renewed. Unfortunately, the Eagles here in Philly were shown instead of “The Wall” last week and the same will happen tonight. I will go On Demand to watch it.

I love this show, and hope it’s renewed, This is an awesome show, unfortunately in my area our NBC network keeps airing the Yankees every Thursday so I’m not getting any of the shows on NBC and have to watch on demand, which I hate and the reason I have 4, 6 tuner DVR’S but I hope they keep it, and I’m excited to start watching…
