What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the ABC television network, Time After Time stars Freddie Stroma, Josh Bowman, Génesis Rodríguez, Nicole Ari Parker, Will Chase, Jordan Sparks, and Jennifer Ferrin. The series follows the young H.G. Wells (Stroma) and his journey via his incredible time machine. Wells is in hot pursuit of the brilliant and engaging surgeon, Dr. John Stevenson (Bowman), a.k.a. “Jack the Ripper.” It is in present-day New York City that he meets philanthropist Vanessa Anders. She is the current owner of the time machine and may also be his great-granddaughter. Assistant museum curator Jane Walker (Rodríguez) joins Wells on his dangerous search for the man now known as “The Key Killer.” Her life will never be the same.

Time after time I wait in hopes of finding a wee bite to eat. Will this time prove fruitful to me or to ABC? The series premiered with low ratings and they’ve gotten worse and worse. I’m sure it will be cancelled but this television vulture is watching the ratings and will update this page, periodically. Subscribe to be notified when ABC cancels or renews Time After Time for season two. 3/29 update: ABC has pulled the series, cancelling it.

I wondered what happened to this show that just disappeared all of a sudden. Sorry, but I thought it was EXCELLENT. I had loved the movie with Malcolm McDowell and Mary Steenburgen years ago too. Sigh…I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. Any public that thought Donald Trump was presidential material would not have the wit and wisdom to appreciate GOOD television. Further proof that there are just too few of us with good taste and intelligence.
If Wells WOULD come to this time period, he would truly be aghast.

I wonder how fast they would have taken it off if an up and coming actors that already done a series that lasted 3 or 4 seasons like bones. Of all shows Hawaii 5-0 is still on really. At lease give it a chance.

I don’t know which fact upsets me more – that “Time After Time,” was cancelled, or that it was cancelled to make room for “Match Game.” Seriously? Because there’s NO OTHER time slot (or channel) that could hold a game show slot?
Now that the show has been cancelled, is there any service or website that will show the remaining episodes. Only 12 were made – would really like to see the rest of them.
Oi, seriously? If television needs two things it’s most definitely Jack the Ripper and H.G. Wells. Bring it baaack. At least air the rest of the episodes.
It’s unbelievable. A very good TV Series cancelled this way?! At least give us the rest of the episodes. I really enjoyed it. Sometimes I think some people prefer garbage shows. Perhaps no season 2, but at least a decent Finale of season 1, it’s all we ask for.
Very disappointed that Time After Time has been pulled. I enjoyed that show and was looking forward to at least one full season. I hate when they pull it without warning!
I agree with the other commenters. “Time After Time” was the only show I looked forward to watching. Please bring it back. I am extremely disappointed ABC removed this from the air.

Please bring back Time After Time. Who cares about ratings. It is a good show with high suspense & it teaches history at the same time. Who cares about those boring game shows & fake reality shows. Who watches those brain dead shows anyway. Do the network heads think all TV watchers are stupid & we’ll just watch that crap if they put it on. I see that garbage & I change the channel to an actual program.
Well stated. Who the hell does watch those “reality” shows anyways? They are as fake as anything that has ever been on television. Time After Time was written well and the character development was just taking off.
I want it back “TIME AFTER TIME”!!!! ABC renew it right now !
Please show the rest of the episodes made and renew for season 2. Really enjoy the show.
