What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the CBS television network, the Tommy TV show stars Edie Falco, Michael Chernus, Adelaide Clemens, Thomas Sadoski, Russell G. Jones, Olivia Lucy Phillip, Joseph Lyle Taylor, and Vladimir Caamaño. The series revolves around a former high-ranking NYPD officer who becomes the first female chief of police for Los Angeles. Abigail “Tommy” Thomas (Falco) uses unflinching honesty and hardball tactics to keep social, political, and national security issues from hindering effective law enforcement in the Southland.

‘Tommy’ has vastly improved over the weeks and deserves another season. Edie is a gem, as she is in any role, and it’s refreshing to see a strong woman lead character. It would be a shame to end the show, just as it’s getting good!

Edie Falco is great in this show and is surrounded by an excellent cast. Scripted dramas are rare gems in TV today. How many more “reality” shows of dancers, singers, survivors, partner seekers do we really need?

Tommy is a refreshing show and should not be cancelled. There should be more shows on television like this one, with strong honest women in positions of authority and leadership, instead of so many fake ‘reality’ shows!
Tommy is one of the best shows on tv in a long time. Of course, they’re usually the ones to be cancelled! Please bring Tommy back. The ending just goes to show the male-domination and corruption going on in the real world! It’s such a refreshing change to ‘reality’ shows which are so fake!
