The Alpha House TV show on Amazon is effectively cancelled, but at yesterday’s TCA press session, Amazon Studio boss Roy Price chose to categorize it as not being a “current” show. That said, there is a chance Garry Trudeau’s Capitol Hill comedy, starring John Goodman, could be renewed for a third season. Matt Malloy, Clark Johnson, Mark Consuelos, Yara Martinez, Julie White, and Alicia Sable, also star.
Should political events inspire another season, assuming the cast and crew were available, Alpha House could return one day in the hazy future. “I like to leave my options open, but I understand what you’re saying,” Deadline reports Price said, in response to critics’ frustration about Alpha House‘s nebulous status.
The second season of Alpha House premiered on Amazon on Friday, October 24, 2014. In January of this year, we reported that Price had met with Trudeau, but that the fate of Alpha House season three still needed to be resolved.

Late to the party. Just re-watched for the third time, and am profoundly saddened that the show only lasted two seasons. Would actually pay for a third.
I love Alpaha House. I clearly think that it should not be cancelled. If it is to be cancelled I believe that the fans should have some closure, in other word a season three.
I love Alpha House. It should most definitely come back for many more seasons. Please!!! Help keep shows like this alive. Some of us with a brain would so much prefer not sloshing through all the blood and guts from too many other shows. It doesn’t have to be violent to be GREAT!!
Again start picking up story archs not just a show. I’m so sick of no endings to these shows its unfair to the fans who make all this possible. i just found this the other day and tore thru it on Amazon only to find out that its been cancelled, how do you cancel a show like this at this time in the US government, and the GOP side too it’s unbelievable how dumb some of these people who make the decisions to pick up or cancel shows are!

I just watched this program and enjoyed it very much.. I wish I had known before I started watching it that it has no ending. So annoying!

I adore this show. I just found it. I watched both seasons an a couple of days and I was devastated to learn that there wasn’t a 3rd season. Please renew for a 3rd and 4th season. How could you not be inspired to right something crazy when Trump is in office?
I just found it also and I think they have so much material now with Trump in office they could go on 4 or 5 seasons… maybe longer

Yes big fan of Alpha House even though we found it late. Hope we get more seasons
