Will viewers find humor in the first season of the B Positive TV show on CBS? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like B Positive is cancelled or renewed for season two. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustrated when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we invite you to rate all of the first season episodes of B Positive here. *Status Update Below.
A CBS comedy series, the B Positive TV show stars Thomas Middleditch, Annaleigh Ashford, Kether Donohue, Sara Rue, Izzy G., and Terrence Terrell. The story revolves around a man with B-positive blood who needs an organ transplant and finds an unlikely match. Drew (Middleditch) is a therapist and newly divorced dad who is in need of both a new kidney and a social life. He runs into Gina (Ashford), a rough-around-the-edges former acquaintance from his past who volunteers one of her own kidneys. Together, Drew and Gina form an unlikely and life-affirming friendship, as they begin a journey that will forever affect both of their lives.

I didn’t think I would like this show but I binge watched the first episodes to catch up and I love it! Ive been watching every week. I really hope it gets renewed.
Just went thru a kidney transplant last month. Nothing funny about kidney failure, dialysis or a kidney transplant. The only thing worse is the acting on this show
We love this show, they better not cancel it, it’s becoming one of our last comedy’s to watch and it’s hilarious. All these actors work incredibly well, and it’s about a very good subject that could actually help people that watch the show, PLEASE DO NOT CANCEL ANOTHER COMEDY.
I was reluctant to invest my time in this show partly because of the subject matter (oh yeah, kidney failure=hilarious- – – not!) But I caught the credits on the show and it looks like a sitcom all-star team running this so I gave it a try. Middleditch and Simpson are really great and throw in Linda Lavin in support, well, how could this show miss. CBS needs to give this show time.
Love this show! As someone who has had a kidney transplant, I can totally relate. So many people have kidney disease, are on dialysis or have had a transplant and it’s so nice to see a show about reality and what we either are going through or are about too. Life is too short and precious to be so serious all the time and it’s ok to laugh, even when your health is on the line. I hope this show gets renewed. Thank you.
I love the Gina character, but the annoying laugh track helps make this unwatchable—especially when you add in how pathetic, neurotic, and un-like-able the male lead is. This premise cannot be sustained over a prolonged period of time. Either he gets the transplant soon, or he dies—but it’s at the point where I don’t care. Cancel it and find a new vehicle for the woman playing Gina…fast.
We really love B Positive and it seems to be getting better every week. The last two weeks have been especially good.
Love this outrageous scenario. As a Kidney transplant I find it amusingly hilarious. So what if it is a serious subject….that’s life and if it is humorous along the way so be it.
I think it should be canceled. Having gone through some kidney failure in my 40s, end stage renal disease in my 50′ and a horrible transplant that went terribly wrong at 58 years old, I find non of this funny or amusing. It is very offensive considering what 99.99% of transplant people go through and absolutely nothing to laugh at.
I absolutely love B Positive, it is so funny and I love the chemistry between the two leads and it’s the only show I look forward to every week.
I just love love love this show. I have DVR and all five episodes. I have watched each one at least six or seven times. I adore the characters. I think this show is very original and very very funny. Please do not cancel this please

Terrible show. Horrible acting.
This show is really cute. I think it takes a full season for the cast to really get in the groove. Each episode gets better as we get to know more and more about each character.
Worst show on tv. Two main actors are terrible together and have no chemistry together. Linda Lavin and Bernie Koppel are the only reason I watched the show up to episode 5. Will not watch anymore though, even those two great actors can’t save this trash.
Wasn’t sure about this show at first, but as it goes on, it’s getting better all the time. Seems like it’s going to be a very funny comedy. We have enjoyed it so far, and find it comical.
