TV show description:
This drama is about a multi-generational family who are dedicated to New York City law enforcement.
New York City’s Police Commissioner, Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck), is the head of both the police force and the Reagan family. He runs his department as diplomatically as he runs his family, even when dealing with the politics. Those same politics plagued his unapologetically bold father, Henry (Len Cariou), during his stint as Chief.
A widowed father of three boys and a girl, Frank’s essentially a blue-collar guy who’s worked his way up through the ranks. It hasn’t been an easy journey, particularly because he lost his eldest son in the line of duty.
Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) is the oldest surviving Reagan son and a seasoned detective. He’s married, the father of two kids, and a hot-tempered Iraqi War vet who occasionally uses dubious tactics to solve cases.
The sole woman in the Reagan family is Erin Reagan Boyle (Bridget Moynahan). She’s a New York Assistant District Attorney and a newly single parent of a teenage daughter. She also serves as the legal compass for her siblings and father. It was her mother’s wish that she and her younger brother stay in law enforcement but off the police force. She and Danny have each other’s backs but know how to push each other’s buttons too.
Jamie (Will Estes) is the youngest Reagan, fresh out of Harvard Law and the family’s “golden boy.” Unable to deny the family tradition, Jamie decided to give up a lucrative future in law and is now a rookie cop, much to the chagrin of his fiancee. Things become extra complicated when he’s asked to become part of a clandestine police investigation that the rest of the family knows nothing about — something that could impact the family’s legacy forever.

What do you think? Do you like the Blue Bloods TV show? Do you think it should be ending or renewed for a 17th season on CBS?
Keep on Blue Bloods…get rid of Honey Booboo, the Cardashians, and other stupid, and pointless “reality shows” that are a complete waste of time, and space. This a family oriented show, with decent storylines, and family interactions, with decent acting. Honestly, TV stations should try coming up with other decent shows, and get rid of the crap on TV. Keep blue bloods on.
I so concur the Duck Dynasty, Big Bang, Naked and Alone, Survivor Bachelor and cohort, Something Christie I could go on does nothing to broaden any horizon. America does not need anymore dumbing down.
Love Blue Bloods. Please keep it going.

One of the few quality shows left on television,
please leave thinking adults something to enjoy.
PLEASE don’t cancel Blue Bloods. I am sick of networks cancelling excellent shows and leaving crappy sitcoms on!! And stupid “reality” shows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The TV guide in my area (Michigan) shows the Dracula series airing on Friday nights when Blue Bloods is usually on. Say it isn’t so. Don’t take off a good family type show and replace it with another supernatural weird show. I hated when you CBS took off CSI: New York please don’t dump Blue Bloods also.
Blue Bloods is absolutely the best on show on TV. Not just for the storylines and the exceptional acting, but because it displays real emotion of everyday people with their fears & crises, their joys and triumphs, and how they interact as a FAMILY unit, both good and bad. It’s about relationships, ethics, common sense, respect, and integrity. In these days, America desperately needs to be reminded of what is true and right. Thank you so much for keeping this wonderful show on the air! We never miss an episode. Never.
WHAT COULD POSSIBLY REPLACE BLUE BLOODS . LOOK AT THE STORY LINES AND THE METICULAS ASSEMBLY OF EVENTS THAT HOLD YOU ON THE COUCH TILL THE VERY LAST MINUTE , PURE ENTERTAINMENT A TV LINE UP KEEPER
LETS DROP SOME REALITY SHOWS THAT ARE ACTUALLY QUESTIONABLE IF THAT IS REAL . BLUE BLOODS BRINGS OUT THE GOOD THAT IS OUT THERE AND PEOPLE CAN FEEL THE SHOW AND HOW GOOD WILL TRIUPH OVER EVIL
LETS KEEP THIS SERIES COMING IT’S A WINNER .
Tom Selleck is one of the Greatest Actors ever. Ofcourse the rest of the cast are awesome too!!!!
