Do viewers have faith in the first season of the God Friended Me TV show on CBS? As we know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like God Friended Me is cancelled or renewed for season two. So, we invite you to rate all of the season one episodes of God Friended Me below.
A drama series airing on CBS, God Friended Me stars Brandon Micheal Hall, Violett Beane, Suraj Sharma, Javicia Leslie, and Joe Morton. Set in New York City, the series revolves around a thoughtful and outspoken podcaster named Miles(Hall). Miles is an atheist and that puts him at odds with his reverend father (Morton). Miles’ life is turned upside down when he receives a friend request on social media from a user named “God”. He eventually accepts and starts digging into his new friend’s account, convinced it’s a hoax. He partners with journalist Cara Bloom (Beane) and gets additional aide from his sister Ali (Leslie) and his hacker pal Rakesh (Sharma). Miles is convinced that the “God” account is an elaborate hoax and is devoted to uncovering the truth. In the meantime, he’s playing along and, in the process, seeing his life changed forever.

Best show on any station! Our whole family enjoys it,
We love this show! So wholesome and uplifting! We look forward to Sunday nights! A true family show that we can all watch together!
Wonderful show, hoping it stays on for years.
RENEW
This is the most uplifting show I have seen in a very long time, it touches the heart I wish there were more of this type of show out there as it goes to show people of all race, colour and abilities can totally get along . No racism, no violence just 100% feel good factor . I think if more shows were pushed out there like this, there would probably be a lot less hatred and a lot more tolerance in this world. Bravo to the makers of this show.
I agree with everything Tracey has said. I would add that I like the way the personal stories and lives surprisingly have a connection to someone. Also, I think the cast is amazing together. Keep up the good work, thank you. I feel wonderful after having watched the show. I thank the writers too for such wonderful stories.QQ
I don’t believe it pleases the only one who matters, yet, he saw it coming in eternity past.
God’s wrath is not to be confused with cutesy. No one will believe this but there are consequences now, in this life and when a person expels his or her last breath.
I can evoke scripture but you won’t care. To trifle with a Sovereign God is not wise.
I love this show and the upbeat message it sends everyweek. One great show with an amazing cast. Please keep this show.
This series is so much interesting than every other series I’ve set my eyes on. I mean it has thought me a lot about life, friendship, wisdom and God most especially. I really hope it will be renewed for a second season. Good luck to miles and his friends.
Please continue God Friended me. We love the show and look forward to seeing it every Sunday night! Thank you!
I have been looking everywhere trying to find the show. I thought they may have moved it to another slot. I hope this great show continues. There is so much junk on tv and this is a true breath of fresh air. A show that touches the heart and teaches values, what a rarity in today’s world. We really need this show!
I truly enjoy the show. I believe it should be renewed for a second season.
I’m so disappointed God friended me isn’t on tonight. Please keep this show on the air and going. It gives me hope and the characters are great. It’s way, way better than Celebrity Big Brother. Please don’t cancel it, we need hope in this world and it helps provide a little of that.
I love God Friended Me. It’s a great show with a really diverse cast and a very contemporary setting. Most black shows today are comedies. This pairs a black man with a white woman in a very serious venue. The over raiding issue: Is there a God? I really look forward to seeing this program every week. I truly vote for a season 2. Bravo CBS. You’ve got a winner here.
