An ABC medical drama, The Good Doctor stars Freddie Highmore, Antonia Thomas, Nicholas Gonzalez, Chuku Modu, Beau Garrett, Hill Harper, Tamlyn Tomita, and Richard Schiff. The show centers on Dr. Shaun Murphy (Highmore), a new surgical resident with autism and savant syndrome. His incredible memory and keen ability to perceive spatial relations inform Shaun’s gifted comprehension of his patients. Meanwhile, his autism can hinder his ability to communicate with others. With only the help of his advocate, Dr. Aaron Glassman (Schiff), Shaun must challenge the skepticism and prejudices of the hospital’s board and medical staff, in order to do his job and save lives.

Please air new episodes of THE GOOD DOCTOR. I am pretty sure there are lots of people who are anticipating for the next new episodes. My husband doesn’t really like watching TV shows or movies that has something to do with disabilities because of his son. It is hard for him to watch something like that. My friends and family love THE GOOD DOCTOR and feel that it is very educational and entertaining at the same time. We are hoping it will enjoy a lengthy run. It is so suitable for all age groups and there hasn’t been such a revolutionary story line for a long while! It’s a gem!
I hope the show will center more on Shaun. It feels a lot of the ep have way too many separate story lines to prevent the main cast building up a cohesive momentum, a.k.a. chemistry. The only two people have a good amount chemistry onscreen are Shaun and Lea, and the show let Lea go… This show is called “The Good Doctor” not “The Good DoctorS”. I have my deepest suspicious that the network executives do not trust Freddie Highmore enough to let the writers focus on his character more. Shame. I love the show tho. This show is FASCINATING! Freddie Highmore turns in a superior performance every week and the writing is superb. I love it when his way of thinking saves the patient and makes the other doctors aware that conventional treatment and theories are not the only solutions to a medical issue. I enjoy seeing the conventional doctors shaken up and astounded by possibilities that Shaun comes up with! Keep this show on for 10 years and give him a love interest with a perplexing medical problem that only Shaun can solve!!
I absolutely love this show – this is what exceptional TV looks like. It is a breath of fresh air after years and years of dreadful “reality” shows everywhere. This program is one of the very few that I watch regularly and I would be extremely disappointed if it did not continue for years.
Great show… Please don’t cancel it. I love this show. I am a mom of 3 Autistic boys so, watching this show helps me see that Austistic kids can do so much.

I love this show. It challenges the emotions. It’s not the typical run of the mill TV weekly. I can feel happy, frustrated, and uncertain in one episode. Best I’ve seen in a long time.
The Good Doctor is a refreshing change on network tv. I Love the fact this show let’s people see People with Autism can be productive essential members of society .
This household loves this show but was very disappointed to a re-run so early in season 2. Please do keep it on.

we are a multi-generational family who eagerly await each week for a new episode. We have seen only two 2018 episodes ; none this past week .Each station that carries this series only had a repeat of an October 2017 episode on. We love this show please continue season 2
