TV show description:
After purchasing an engagement ring to give his fiance, Portland homicide detective Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) sees a pretty woman’s face briefly morph into a monster’s. Shortly afterward, he and his partner, Hank Griffin (Russell Hornsby), are called to investigate the violent death of a female college student in the woods. Her limbs seem to have been pulled apart by a superhuman wolf creature. Later, a girl in a red coat disappears.
While at the home of his devoted girlfriend, Juliette Silverton (Bitsie Tulloch), Nick is visited by his Aunt Marie (Kate Burton), a librarian. She pulls him aside but, before she can tell him the reason for her visit, they’re attacked by a monster. Marie is gravely hurt but Nick shoots and kills the monster — who then transforms into a human. The monster’s weapon is decorated with strange writing that spells “Reapers of the Grimms.”
Badly injured, Marie gives Nick a necklace and tells him to guard it with his life. She also tells him that his parent didn’t die in a car accident as he believed — they were murdered. At the hospital, Marie tells Nick that he is one of the last “Grimms,” an elite line of criminal profilers. They are charged with keeping balance between humanity and the mythological creatures of the world. It turns out that the Grimms’ Fairy Tales are true stories and the monsters in them are real.
Nick later inspects Marie’s trailer and finds hidden weapons, books, and other Grimm equipment. He studies an open book and immediately finds a picture of the girl that he saw outside the jewelry store.
While still investigating his case, Nick sees a man named Eddie Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) transform into a wolf. It turns out that he’s not the killer. Monroe explains that there are many different Grimm creatures and not all of them are villainous. Monroe has been able to quell his true nature and exist peacefully with humans, like many Grimm creatures do. With his help, Nick locates the killer, kills him, and rescues the girl.
As Nick tries to hide the dangers of his new found calling from Juliette, Hank, and his boss, Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz), he becomes more entrenched in the ancient rivalries and alliances of the Grimm world. Nick must navigate through the forces of a larger-than-life mythology, facing off with Hexenbiests, Blutbads and all manner of ancient evils.

What do you think? Do you like the Grimm TV show? Do you think it should be ending with season six? Would you have watched a seventh season?

It seems every time we start to really enjoy something, GRIMM, in this instance, the networks take it away. I just don’t understand their logic or do they even have any logic. Wish the entire staff great success wherever their future may take them.
Have enjoyed this series from the beginning, has been a high-light on Friday nights. Sorry it will be ending this week, wish everyone in the cast continue success in their future endeavors.
Love the series. Was anxious to see Monroe and Rosalee’s babies. Hated that you killed Hank and Wu. Was looking forward to watching Diana grow into a powerful character.
All the stupid shows that are still on the air, I don’t care to mention, they cancel one of the best ever!!
This is the only show we regularly watch. Will be sadly missed.
I love this show! So sorry to see it end.
One of the few really great shows TD watch that was great from the beginning and I couldn’t wait for Friday nights to come every week to watch the next episode I will really miss it I wish they would change their minds and continue on with it
Hate to see Grimm end ! Looked forward to watching it each week! This show will be missed . Seen all the episodes but still go back and watch old ones.
Been watching this show since the beginning. Not ready for it to end. Hope that the show is picked up by another network.
Grimm is a wonderful and unique TV series. Been watching it since day one. Grimm is the only show that is a must see in our home. Would love for it to continue because there is far to much story yet to be told. Hoping beyond hope that another network picks it up.
So very much want more Grimm – not at all ready for this to end. We watch only two shows on TV – Grimm and When Calls The Heart. Guess now we are down to one show. Horrible decision to end this series when so much lesser quality TV stays on the air.
NBC will soon regret cancelling Grimm, just like they did with so many other shows in their past! Grimm was a refreshing departure from NBC’s regular programming, and will return them to the moniker I normally refer to them as…NBC-“Nothing But Cr*p”!
I am so disappointed that Grimm is ending.I have watched it since its premier.I was horrified that woo and hank died in Friday’s episode .I was hoping for a better ending .
I have watched every episode from day one. I set my DVR to make sure i didn’t miss one. Most shows start off good then the writing declines but grimm continued to be that rare well written and interesting show every week. I just can’t understand why they would end such a gem. Maybe they want to put on a show I won’t watch.
please don’t cancel Grimm. I love this show.
