TV show description:
After purchasing an engagement ring to give his fiance, Portland homicide detective Nick Burkhardt (David Giuntoli) sees a pretty woman’s face briefly morph into a monster’s. Shortly afterward, he and his partner, Hank Griffin (Russell Hornsby), are called to investigate the violent death of a female college student in the woods. Her limbs seem to have been pulled apart by a superhuman wolf creature. Later, a girl in a red coat disappears.
While at the home of his devoted girlfriend, Juliette Silverton (Bitsie Tulloch), Nick is visited by his Aunt Marie (Kate Burton), a librarian. She pulls him aside but, before she can tell him the reason for her visit, they’re attacked by a monster. Marie is gravely hurt but Nick shoots and kills the monster — who then transforms into a human. The monster’s weapon is decorated with strange writing that spells “Reapers of the Grimms.”
Badly injured, Marie gives Nick a necklace and tells him to guard it with his life. She also tells him that his parent didn’t die in a car accident as he believed — they were murdered. At the hospital, Marie tells Nick that he is one of the last “Grimms,” an elite line of criminal profilers. They are charged with keeping balance between humanity and the mythological creatures of the world. It turns out that the Grimms’ Fairy Tales are true stories and the monsters in them are real.
Nick later inspects Marie’s trailer and finds hidden weapons, books, and other Grimm equipment. He studies an open book and immediately finds a picture of the girl that he saw outside the jewelry store.
While still investigating his case, Nick sees a man named Eddie Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) transform into a wolf. It turns out that he’s not the killer. Monroe explains that there are many different Grimm creatures and not all of them are villainous. Monroe has been able to quell his true nature and exist peacefully with humans, like many Grimm creatures do. With his help, Nick locates the killer, kills him, and rescues the girl.
As Nick tries to hide the dangers of his new found calling from Juliette, Hank, and his boss, Captain Renard (Sasha Roiz), he becomes more entrenched in the ancient rivalries and alliances of the Grimm world. Nick must navigate through the forces of a larger-than-life mythology, facing off with Hexenbiests, Blutbads and all manner of ancient evils.

What do you think? Do you like the Grimm TV show? Do you think it should be ending with season six? Would you have watched a seventh season?

i HAVE ENJOYED THE SHOW. I AM SORRY TO SEE IT END.
Again I say, NBC now means NOTHING BUT CRAP since they are taking GRIMM off
My Fridays will not be the same without Grimm. I will really miss this show.
sorry to see it leave, can another station pick up must a good program, I will truly miss this show.
Special effects / makeup are outstanding … no other show even comes close! The best one in YEARS!! What a shame to cancel .. dumb people/stations, maybe not enough sex and hubba bubba going on … a CLEAN show .. PROUD they should be for having this program on tv!!!!!!!!!!!!
i hope another network picks it up and one of the characters could have been dreaming this whole season i will have serious withdrawals
Just found out the show replacing Grimm on Friday is another reality show. Exactly what we need…well NBC has lost another viewer. Grimm was one of the few shows I even tuned into network TV for. So sad, have come to love all the characters on Grimm…Wu, Hank…Monroe, Rosalie…even that scary little girl with the purple eyes. First time I can say I am sad to see Friday come.
Very upset its ending. Last part of the finale on Friday and was not happy, not happy at all. I loved the characters (all of them). I was hoping that the final show would leave the door open for a chance at returning but without the characters whats the point. Very unhappy.
What a disappointment that this wonderful, creative, entertaining show was not going to go for another seaso or two!! So much as far as story lines and new plots are there for this show, and yet no one see’s the greatness of this series.People just seem to want the same ole, same ole stuff, with different names and faces, but same plots, over and over again! This series was different and very good, so now it’s going and some boring sitcom will replace it! I don’t ever watch anything that even hints at being a cookie cutter show.
AND TO TOP IT OFF .. it just keeps getting better and better !! The special effects are tremendous!
Grimm is one of the best shows on TV. With all the inferior shows that are on right now, it is hard to believe that this one is being cancelled. I will definitely increase my viewing on Netflix.
Your right, I just signed up for Amazon Prime and I also have Netflix, it’s the only way to go, new tv programming is getting worst and worst. I loved Grimn too—what a bad decision!
maybe Netflix will pick it up after all they did for Longmire.
I am sad Grimm is ending. Well acted and written
Don’t cancel the show! The Cast is awesome and there is so much more material for the writers to go with if there were to be future episodes. It’s a great series.
My husband and I haven’t found a series we both enjoy in a long time. Grimm was one of my favorites of all time. So sad it’s leaving.
Sad the show is ending!! Loved the characters. It had all the elements of a good show, drama, action, adventure and even humor.
