TV show description:
Nathan Ford (Timothy Hutton) was once a loyal fraud investigator for IYS Insurance. His point of view changed when the insurance company refused to pay for an experimental treatment that could have saved his young son. Because of his intricate knowledge of scams, Nathan’s recruited by Victor Dubenich to join a team of talented criminals to “steal back” aeronautical plans that were supposedly stolen by a competitor.
When the job is completed, Dubenich tries to double-cross the team and unsuccessfully tries to blow them up. The group decides to run a con on their former employer and Dubenich ends up ruined and arrested by the FBI. When the team is done, they form Leverage Consulting & Associates and start to help everyday people who’ve been ripped off by corrupt corporations and government agencies.
Among Nathan’s colleagues is Sophie Devereaux (Gina Bellman), a con-woman who uses her acting skills for art thievery. Ironically, though she’s very successful as an actress for the team’s scams, she has little success as a legitimate performer.
Eliot Spencer (Christian Kane) is a highly-skilled martial artist who is also a weapons and retrieval expert. He shows great proficiency with guns, yet despises them.
Alec Hardison (Aldis Hodge) is a computer hacker extraordinaire and a gadget guru. A self-proclaimed geek, he also has a penchant for science fiction. Parker (Beth Riesgraf) doesn’t have a known first name, and is a thief, cat burglar, and explosives expert. She also has an unnatural love of money, and a soft spot for Alec and children. She and Alec share the common bond of both being raised by foster parents.

What do you think? Do you like the Leverage TV series? Are you glad that it’s being revived on IMDb TV?
Great show! Please bring it back.
I think it should have been renewed. I really enjoyed the show.
LEVERAGE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. ALL OF THE ABOVE COMMENTS: NO BLOOD AND GUTS, CAST GOT ALONG WELL, CHEMISTRY! WHY?
Leverage was AWESOME! I can’t believe some nut canceled it! BRING IT BACK! BRING IT BACK…….
I like the show, especially all the tech stuff they showed-it gave me the idea of what to buy for a cool rig. If they cancelled it because they ran out of ideas, they should have asked the public for material (contest)
They NEED to bring back Leverage. It was a GREAT series. I don’t understand why they cancelled it other then not enough VIEWERS.!! That really sucks mam
bring Leverage back!
I loved watching this show because it good humor, action, and cast. Why not keep it going. Sterling could be used to replace Ford. They could even have guest appearances from Nathan and Sophie. This is definitely a better show than most of the zombie vampire crap on TV nowadays.
Leverage was a relief from blood and guts TV shows crime scene shows..Good guys winning. Please…we need more good shows like this.
I stopped watching this years ago because I saw that it was the same show over and over again. The only changes were the cast changing clothes for the next show. Got boring fast.
I really loved this show; the characters and the actors… wish them all the best. However, I could tell mid-way through S4 that the writers were running out of ideas. Although I am sad to see it go, I am not surprised at all. Sometimes things just run out of gas.
I find it truly amazing that stupid suits made a decision to cancel one of the best shows on TV. For what? To replace it with another vampire or zombie show or one with more gunbattles or another one of those”high-quality” reality TV shows like we don’t have enough of those already. The suits that came up with this stupid decision should be sent out the door along with last weeks garbage as they clearly they don’t have an idea what people want to watch
Wonderfuly show – bring it back.
I agree with you Frank
Please bring back Leverage! One of the best shows ever!
NOOOOOOOOOO! Don’t cancel! This is one of my favorite shows. Who had the ridiculous idea to cancel this show? Now what am I suppose to watch?
PLEASE bring back LEVERAGE. They made an evening of t.v. watching enjoyable.
