Manifest fans may still see their show return. Both NBC and Netflix have decided to renew talks with Warner Bros TV to bring the series back for a fourth season, per Deadline. NBC cancelled the series last month, and the cancellation caused an uproar with fans of the sci-fi drama.
Once the series arrived on Netflix, it topped the streaming service’s viewership charts. It looked like Netflix would be a good home for the series but the streamer passed. The series has remained in the top 10 and this has led both NBC and Netflix to each express new interest.
As for NBC, the broadcast network backed off on its plans for a new Law & Order spin-off, Law & Order: For the Defense. The network now has space in its schedule and extra funds to fill it with another series.
Josh Dallas, Melissa Roxburgh, J.R. Ramirez, Luna Blaise, Jack Messina, Parveen Kaur, and Matt Long star in Manifest. None of the actors are under contract any longer, but the actors have all expressed their desire to see the series revived.
This would not be the first time that NBC has backtracked on a cancellation. The network changed its mind on Timeless after a similar fan uproar followed its first season cancellation. When the show was later cancelled after two seasons, the peacock network wrapped up the show with a two-part finale.

Absolutely! Brilliant show and cast and leaving it off as they did was just freaking insane on the part of the network. This is a show that deserves to be renewed; its writing, direction, production, actors are exemplary. Afraid to get too enthusiastic; but holdng on to hope!
Please do not cancel manifest it is a really good show and I have watched it from day one.

Please bring back Manifest!! We need the 3 remaining seasons that the creator envisioned! We watch and rewatch every episode!!

It’s got some wonderful New concepts that they’re trying to merge together and honestly I haven’t enjoyed some of the sci-fi shows as much as I have this one and I really hate to see it go and I really hate to be left hanging. Please consider this opportunity as an opportunity for you as well to maybe drive your ratings up as people are discovering this television show.
Please bring Manifest back not as a movie but the actual show, 3 more seasons!! Those actors make the show as popular as it is. Love all of them!
I would be happy with one more season to finish the series.
Three more as planned would be better. I have no desire to see it rushed through…I’d rather they locked in a three more season deal. But I’ll take what I can get.

Never watched it while it was on NBC< but have watched the first 2 seasons on Netflix. I think I have the third season on my Tivo? I might not as I think when I heard of the cancellation and not a series finale, I might have deleted it as well… Stations have to learn, if you are not going to complete a storyline when you cancel a show, you will lose viewers respect.
