What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the CBS television network, NCIS: New Orleans stars Scott Bakula, Lucas Black, Vaness Ferlito, Necar Zadegan, Rob Kerkovich, Daryl “Chill” Mitchell, and CCH Pounder. The series revolves around a highly-trained and unique team of Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) agents that are stationed out of “The Big Easy”. They are led by Special Agent Dwayne “King” Pride (Bakula), a native of New Orleans who is driven by his need to always do what’s right.
Season Five Ratings
The fifth season of NCIS: New Orleans averaged a 0.78 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 7.29 million viewers. Compared to season four, that’s down by 18% in the demo and down by 18% in viewership. Find out how NCIS: New Orleans stacks up against the other CBS TV shows.

I walked after Percy left and I see I am not the only one with a 15% drop in viewership. I looked at the first couple of episodes in the fall of 2019 to see if Pride was going to survive or should I say how he would survive. I watched every episode of the first four seasons at least twice and have the dvds. While the original and this one have managed to stay on the air and do well in ratings in the ‘free’ TV market their numbers are far below other program on paid sites. None of… Read more »

Please keep NCIS: New Orleans. We enjoy the characters, the plots based on mainly the New Orleans landscape. The beauty of the area, the music, the food, and the easy mood of its people add to the mixture. For us, the show is more about southern charm and not the violence. Again, we are eagerly waiting for Season six. We have our TV primed for its return. Thank you.
Please don’t cancel this show. It’s a nice change from other shows that use all that foul language.
Really bad this year – first it was to much of the mayor now the ghostier whatever she is – To much of the fake accentuated southern accent of the one agent – to much gay girl – to much about Pride – just really boring – Will not purchase next year
Lucas does speak with a his own Alabama drawl but I also noticed he has got way too far with the trying to enunciate. I know they have a new show runner so that might be part of it. I watch reruns often on other stations and can really notice Black’s speech pattern from back then. Both Lucas and Scott drop an extra few pounds this season and don’t look as near attractive.
