What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the NBC television network, New Amsterdam stars Ryan Eggold, Freema Agyeman, Janet Montgomery, Jocko Sims, Anupam Kher, and Tyler Labine. Doctor Max Goodwin (Eggold) is a caring and charming physician whose goal is to fix a broken medical system and to provide exceptional care to the people who need it most. He inspires (almost) everyone around him, and will stop at nothing to breathe new life into the understaffed, underfunded and underappreciated New Amsterdam hospital.

I love New Amsterdam! I love the characters and the versatility of the roles each one plays. My heart is touched with each episode. I’m so glad it will be back!

I love this show, and was worried when I saw the Village was in its time slot.
This show is amazing. I Love the different chacters and how they interact with each other, may be better then This is Us.

I LOVE New Amsterdam! It is very different from many of the other medical shows! I love the special touch Ryan Eggold brings to the show. I’m really hoping they renew it! It brings quite a bit of variety! Truly a wonderful show!

from a medical point of view, it reminds me of the old mess Medical Center which i watched devotedly because it was so preposterous. But Eggold makes this work.

This show was awesome until they started the annoying narrator voice and the drums and music that overrides the actors voices

I love New Amsterdam….I stayed up till 10 pm waiting on it, had my pop corn and my coke and DAGNABBIT..NO SHOW….I am hoping it wi a new season coming up and NOT TAKEN OFF.
I’m going to stop watching it….the writers must have WRITERS BLOCK because the story line isn’t all that hard to come up with material for seasoned writers and I’m tired of turning on the show only to find out they are on another HIATUS. Disappointing.
I really love New Amsterdam and Tom Keane from the Black List is better in this TV series than the Black List. This TV show realky suits him. Hope we get many more seasons
