TLC is bringing new episodes of two of their shows on parenthood to the network this July. Both Outdaughtered and Rattled will air new episodes starting July 11.
TLC released a press statement and new videos for both series. Check out the press release below.
“Parenthood is joyful and exhilarating, but it is also nerve-wracking and exhausting. Ultimately, becoming a mom or dad is one of the most life-changing experiences a person can go through. Two of TLC’s series are returning to explore how this roller coaster of parental emotion is affecting a few families. On Tuesday, July 11th at 9/8c OUTDAUGHTERED will unveil how the Busby family is coping with the quintuplets entering their terrible twos. Then at 10/9c, RATTLED will return to introduce some expecting parents with unexpected levels of drama.
Adam and Danielle Busby struggled to have a baby for years and their prayers were answered when their daughter Blayke was born. Four years later, in an attempt to give Blayke a sibling, Danielle became pregnant with not one, but five babies. In April 2015, the Busby family transformed from a family of three to a family of eight overnight. The Busby quints are the first set of all-girl quintuplets in the US, and the first globally since 1969. Now, this history-making brood is turning terrible two!
Ten new one-hour episodes of OUTDAUGHTERED follow this resilient family as the girls flourish — Blayke off to school and the quints quickly becoming toddlers; walking, talking, and exhibiting their independence. With “Mimi” moving out, caring for the girls is a hectic full-time job for Danielle and she wishes Adam was around to help more often. To add to the couple’s stress level, they learn Hazel may require a second eye surgery. Adam starts to realize that he hasn’t been himself since the babies were born and knows he needs to start to seek out answers. All the while, Adam and Danielle work on figuring out how to make sure that they nurture their relationship.
RATTLED explores the lives of five couples from across the country who are about to embark on the long journey of raising a new baby. Executive Produced by Flower Films’ Drew Barrymore and Nancy Juvonen, viewers will go along for the ride as they watch these parents experience a wide range of challenges, triumphs and milestones.
The second season includes ten one-hour episodes that follow: Aly and Josh, high school sweethearts whose family came to be because of a true miracle when Aly, a stage 3 cancer survivor was shocked to find out she’s pregnant after years of infertility, and that’s not even the end of this couple’s unbelievable story; champion pro wrestler Brooke and Weston, who struggle over who will be the breadwinner and if Brooke will be able to return to her beloved career; Krystal and Jarrel, who unexpectedly found out they were pregnant after breaking up, and get off to a problematic start as Jarrel doesn’t believe he is the father. RATTLED also catches up with some of the previous season’s couples, including Ashley and Tyson Gardner and their “quad squad” as the girls continue to hit more milestone moments and the family realizes they have outgrown their house. Also returning is Doug and Marsadie, who endured intense arguments last season during and after the birth of their baby girl. Marsadie hopes Doug will start taking his new life seriously, and fully commit to her by proposing.
OUTDAUGHTERED is produced by Discovery Studios Productions in association with The Boardwalk Entertainment Group for TLC, and RATTLED is produced for TLC by Magilla Entertainment and Flower Films.”

I wiish the quints and Blake had two selfless, intelligent parents. Adam is a loser. He is depressed which is a medical condition. They both traveled from Texas to Nashville to see some stranger who is not qualified to help Adam. Danielle and others suggested to Adam to consult a Licensed Therapist, but he thinks he can cure himself. The money they wasted going to Nashville could have been spent on more important issues. Just by watching the show, it seems to me that they have no money issues. Adam doesn’t seem like he has a regular job. Yet he… Read more »
The show “Outdaughtered” should be renamed “The Adam Show”. He is a whinny little boy who looks like a balding “Bush Baby” with his huge eyes. Danielle is not much better as she feeds in to his issues. I loved seeing the quints, but they are not the center of the show. Also, Danielle and Adam and members of the family call each quint a “nickname”, i.e. Lou, Lou; Ray Ray, Hazel Basil. Poor Hazel, she has enough problems compounded by her being called everything except Hazel. I have watched the show many times. It is difficult enough to figure… Read more »
Absolutely LOVE Outdaughtered. So enjoyable in these times of “crap” tv. Adam and Danielle make me smile – I don’t know how they do it but it is a great show. A lot of fun to watch and discuss at work.
The new cast on 90 Fiance border on perversion. Absolutely sickening. Makes my skin crawl. You took some humor and turned it into a swamp. Gag. Someone needs to get another job –
Adam needs to be in therapy for the depression he is facing. One thing he needs to be aware of is that depression does not defined who he is. Depression is treatable and controllable. His wife may need to eventually attend some therapy session with him so she can understand where he is coming from. There has been times when his wife would say something that was hurtful to Adam and she is not aware of the hurt she is causing. I wish both of them the best.
Ive just watched the Busby family were Adam appears overwhelmed and stress out. I thought he was almost in tears, this family is full of love that’s clear to see, I think both parents can hold their heads high, the way they interact on very personal matters is amazing to watch. Yet I have to ask myself are the tv cameras adding to Adams stress ? If so I think you should be obliged to offer some sort of thearapy on a one to one no cameras.
I love Outdaughtered! Adam and Danielle are doing such a good job and they have their hands full! I have a twin sister but I cannot imaging my mother handling 5 at once. Blayke is a sweetheart and so good with her sisters. I have to admit, I have a soft spot for Hazel. Such a cutie! Hope her eyes are better!
Love the show, it’s so true to life. Please don’t cancel.

Love this show. Keep it on my DVR to watch over and over. I understand how hard this must be, but, this show shows all the emotions that both parents go through and the children are the most precious gifts they ever could receive. Both of the parents are involved as they can be with the little ones. Wonderful and caring parents. They have a good relationship with their families and this is so nice to see. I will watch them until they grow up if need be. I love most of the TLC shows informative and creative as well.… Read more »
Absolutely my favorite show. It just cheers me up to see the little ones adjusting into the family. Love it.
Im glad to see the return of outdaughtered! I’ve also been totally enjoying the shows on the Dougan kids. While the parents were more extreme on thier view of birth control issues and appropriate dress for the girls, I think the kids are able to show you can be a Christian and use common sense and modesty without wearing cloths that cover every inch. I’m a Christian and didn’t feel birth control was killing a baby, and my cloths have always been modest without covering heard to toe.
Hooray, my favorite show,straightened….is back
I want to know when too close to home will return I love that show
Any word on when The Cake Boss or The Little Couple returns?
I have been waiting to hear what’s happening with Too Close To Home?????
