SEAL Team has wrapped its fifth season on Paramount+, and now viewers are wondering if they will see a sixth season. The series moved from CBS to the streaming service after four seasons but four episodes of season five were shown on the network in the fall.
Starring David Boreanaz, Max Thieriot, Neil Brown Jr., AJ Buckley, and Toni Trucks, SEAL Team follows the lives of an exclusive Navy SEAL Team.
Boreanaz said the following about the future of the series in an interview with TV Insider:
“I can’t say. What I could just say is that we’ve done great for Paramount+. You look at the numbers and the streaming, and then we’ve been trending as one of their number one shows for the past few weeks. So we’re doing good for ’em.”
When asked how long he plans to stay with the show, Boreanaz said:
“I don’t know. I think for me, it’s really relative to the stories that we’re telling and I’m excited more so about the switch to Paramount+. I find that that of all the streaming networks, this is a very positive one and they’re very aggressive in the way they do their shows. I still feel like this show moving over there and the potential of going on to another season and whatnot, the show won’t be drastically different, but it will have a slower burn to it. It’ll be more of like what happens in two weeks over a 10-episode order. It’s not just this huge season of — we don’t have to invest so much in certain areas of the storylines, but it may be like, hey, they get up, and this is their day and that’s 10 episodes. It’s very similar to like a 24 kind of aspect, but you really get to really now get under the skin of the characters, see where these men and women are and see how they’re affected from when they wake up to when they go to bed. I think that’s fascinating.”

I will watch if David is there or not. If it is canceled then I will cancel my subscription because as far as I am concerned this the only show worth watching.
The only other show that is worth watching for Paramountplus Canada is Yellowstone:1883! It’s a stellar show! Very well done and I will keep my subscription for these two shows! I loved Mayor of Kingstown but there’s a lot of sexual content that I’m not comfortable with.
Seal Team needs to continue It is a great show and if it is not renewed then paramount + missed out. So many ggod shows ending and stupid one continue.

I totally agree! I look at the shows that were renewed on CBS and I think really, they are lame and so predictable! At first I was worried about Seal Team going to Paramountplus but now I think it was the best move for the show.
Really enjoy watching Seal Team would hate for there not to be a season 6
Bring it back to TV. Can’t access Paramount+ in Canada so only got to see the first few episodes of the current season. Moving it mid-season to a streaming service was a bad idea. Plus, making it unavailable in Canada is not a great idea either.
There’s got to be so.e sort of workaround. Investigate that, maybe network with friends/associates in U.S.?
You can watch Seal Team, the whole season on Paramountplus in Canada now. They have all episodes on the streaming service and they showed every episode the week it came out and it’s only $5.99 USD
As long as David B continues, I will watch. I hope Paramount + goes on with it since they ended on a cliffhanger. About the only difference I see is that they now seem to love the word “f**k” and use it s dozen times per episode.
No, David helps make the show, all the current cast ARE wonderful. We lost some great people, please lets not lose anymore.

I’d love to see this renewed. There are plenty of good stoylines left. I’d be sad to see David go, but the cast can hold up if he decides in another direction!
Please renew Seal Team for Season 6, but if Boreanaz leaves, I probably will not watch. He’s the reason I tuned in in the first place. Loved him on Angel and Bones!
In my opinion, the season 5 finale was the best episode of the entire series. If there’s NOT a season 6 after the fantastic finish, the decision-makers at Paramount+ are the ones that should be cancelled.
That being said, the answer is YES. I would continue watching if there was a change at Bravo One.
I agree but I wouldn’t love the show without David B. as Bravo 1. They tried him stepping back and it was boring and frustrating
Please renewed season 6 so good on paramount plus streaming. Never missed any episodes of it. Look forward to seeing it every Sunday early morning come out.
I love Seal Team. It is one of my favorite shows ever. CBS was easier but I do watch it on Paramount +. I absolutely hope it returns.
I want them to continue. I wish CBS would take them back so those who cannot afford Paramount + can watch it too. Since the P+ don’t offer free trails.
I definitely want a Sixth Season of Seal Team and as many more seasons as possible. My very favorite show.

I agree about the cost for some people who cannot afford but I think it’s a better show on P+
