What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the USA Network cable channel, The Sinner stars Jessica Biel, Bill Pullman, Christopher Abbott, Patti D’Arbanville, Grayson Eddey, Jacob Berger, Adrienne Lovette, Spenser Granese, Rileigh McDonald, Jordana Rose, Lindsay, Torrey, and Rebecca Wisocky. Based on the Petra Hammesfahr novel, the series centers on Cora Tannetti (Biel). When overwhelmed by an incomprehensible burst of rage, this young wife and mother commits an astonishingly violent act, which even she cannot understand.

USA isn’t fooling around with that imprecise “limited event series” label. It has billed The Sinner as an “eight episode close-ended series.” But despite my crippling hunger pangs, I look to the viewers’ verdict, via the ratings. Jessica ur bone chilling, u have to be in season 2. Dark, twisted, but oh so good. I started watching the 1st show & did not stop until there were no more, till next week. Cant wait for #8. LOVE IT!!! Jessica Biel is wonderful as Cora and Bill Pullman is sexy, handsome and plays his character so well. Love me a good detective story!
It’s a great show so far and Jessica Biel is playing this character so well. I see so many complex issues with her and the detective that you could possible get at least 3-4 seasons out of it just from my impression of the first episode. Labels are so misleading that I think networks are getting gun shy about cancelling shows with backlash.
