Mission aborted. History has cancelled its Six TV show after two seasons. The cancellation news comes six episodes into the Navy SEAL series’ 10-episode second season. While there will be no third season, the last four episode of season should play out as scheduled.
A History military combat drama, Six stars Barry Sloane, Kyle Schmid, Juan Pablo Raba, Edwin Hodge, Brianne Davis, Jessica Garza, Nadine Velasquez, Jaylen Moore, Joshua Gage, Olivia Munn, Eric Ladin, Katherine Evans, and Rus Blackwell. The series centers on the modern American warriors of Navy SEAL Team Six. In season two, Joe ‘Bear’ Graves (Sloane) leads the team to join forces with CIA officer Gina Cline (Munn).

The second season of Six is averaging a 0.21 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 803,000 viewers. Compared to season one, that’s down by 47% and 49%, respectively. Find out how Six stacks up against other History TV shows.
According to a Deadline report, the cancellation decision was made now, because cast options are set to expire.

Great show. Plot, story line, characters. Unfortunate that other shows get more viewers… Would love to watch a season 3.

Just finished watching season 2, enjoyed both seasons too! If it ever does return it’d be far better to have it a more action based season though, I wasn’t interested in the family side-story element in the slightest, in fact I was rooting for Michael’s killer to off all of Buddah’s family at the end.
We need season 3. Wtf
Solid show with good drama and great casting. Bring it back, please History. Don’t leave the cliffhanger like that. Rally the team for at least a finale season. So much potential. Sorry that ratings dropped – but the writing got so much better in season two. Give it another shot.
This is a good show. Please bring it back. Why are all the good shows canceled? Just because a small percentage of people don’t watch, what about the rest of us who do watch. It’s not fair
Season 2 left a huge cliff hanger, why cancel now? What are we suppose to do with this? It’s a winner continue on.
Cannot believe this is cancelled, you led us to believe there is more, this is a great series, It is not normal at all for me to watch these shows but because it is inspired by our seal team six missions it became incredible to watch. Bring them all back it was an awesome show, I just bought the series 1 & 2 and was hoping we’d have a 3……This makes me angry!!!
These networks are not “Loyal” by any means to their dedicated Fans. Cancelling a show in the middle with an unfinished end is like selling a book that has blank pages with no end. This is un called for. You need to rethink this type of action. Don’t start a Series if you can’t complete it. You have betrayed your Loyal Watchers

I thought the beginning was good to season 2 then it got kind of slow, but I would loveeee to see how things went after what happened at the end of season 2. That caught my attention again. So please yes to season 3!
