What’s This TV Show About?
An ABC comedy-drama from Castle creators Terri Edda Miller and Andrew W. Marlowe, Take Two stars Rachel Bilson, Eddie Cibrian, Xavier de Guzman, Aliyah O’Brien, Alice Lee, and Jordan Gavaris. The story centers on actress Sam Swift (Bilson), who, after an epic, viral breakdown has to rehab her image and rebuild her career. She asks to shadow lone-wolf private investigator, Eddie Valetik (Cibrian), who resents the gig, but soon finds her acting experience comes in handy on the job.

Will ABC cancel or renew Take Two for season two? The ratings are terrible so, unless this show is very cheap for the network, I’m sure that Take Two will be cancelled. The ratings are just too low, even for a summer series. I’ll keep an eye on the ratings and update this page with breaking developments. This has been on recently in the UK and I love it, I’ve just watched the last episode in season 1 and I’m desperate to know what happens next. I really hope there is a season 2.
Dear ABC… Firstly you can’t try and calculate ratings with only 13 episodes… If a series has lots of seasons and episodes it attracts more attention of potential viewers and the ratings would go up… Secondly how can you stop a series with such an ending… It would only upset the viewers and they wouldn’t help get more people to watch the show because it has a bad ending that upsets the viewers… If you have to stop the series at least give it a decent ending don’t just let it end with such a climax. My girlfriend and I loved this show. Great characters and writing. Why is it that every time a new, interesting, and quirky show doesn’t quite measure up in one season the networks don’t even give it a second chance. Then they replace it with something similar or more mundane.
A shame. They were fun together.
i loved the show and im not much into crime drama or love stories, but there was good writing, great character development, great acting, produced really well, i always looked forward to watching, im bummed, i hope another savvy broadcaster will pick it up
