What’s This TV Show About?
An NBC psychic police procedural, The InBetween stars Harriet Dyer, Paul Blackthorne, Justin Cornwell, Anne-Marie Johnson, Cindy Luna, Chad James Buchanan, Andres Joseph, Michael B. Silver, and Sean Bulger. The paranormal drama centers on Cassie Bedford (Dyer), who is gifted with abilities she often considers a curse. Cassie has unbidden visions of events past and future and is also approached by spirits who need her help in some way. She gets drawn into the cases her foster father, Seattle Police detective Tom Hackett (Blackthorne), works with his new partner, former FBI profiler and LAPD detective Damien Asante (Cornwell).

Will NBC cancel or renew The InBetween for season two? The ratings have been quite low but they have been consistent. I suspect this summer series will be cancelled but NBC could keep it because it’s a summer series and they have lower expectations. I’ll update this page with breaking developments. Renew this show. I didn’t know about it until it popped on my Hulu suggestions. I binged and love it. Don’t leave a crazy cliff hanger and then not renew for season 2. Don’t leave the fans hanging, close it out. I hate it when shows do that. Please renew!!!!!
Its so sad that the moronic tastes (or lack thereof) of the majority have to dictate to all what is considered good TV. The Inbetween is a refreshing break from the usual repetitive and base TV fare. Its well crafted and very entertaining for people with half a brain or more. I sincerely hope it returns.
