What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the CBS television network, the Tommy TV show stars Edie Falco, Michael Chernus, Adelaide Clemens, Thomas Sadoski, Russell G. Jones, Olivia Lucy Phillip, Joseph Lyle Taylor, and Vladimir Caamaño. The series revolves around a former high-ranking NYPD officer who becomes the first female chief of police for Los Angeles. Abigail “Tommy” Thomas (Falco) uses unflinching honesty and hardball tactics to keep social, political, and national security issues from hindering effective law enforcement in the Southland.

One of the better shows.It is smart and entertaining. I don’t know why it not do well.I hope they change their mind,or another network picks. it up.What a crime if it’s not !
I think Tommy was a good show. Edie Falco did a wonderful job. It was nice to see that women can be in powerful jobs. I think it deserves a second season to develop the characters more and more good story lines.
Really a shame that Tommy was cancelled, right when it was hitting its stride. Edie Falco is a treasure and the reason many of us tuned in each week, then we got to learn all of the characters as the arc started to form. It’s rare to see a strong female character, in a man’s world, with a sense of humor, morals and values in a position of leadership. I suppose CBS will add another mindless reality show full of trash. Really hope Tommy gets picked up elsewhere.
Tommy is one of the best shows on TV. The acting, the writing, the storylines are all top notch. I would love to see it return. There is so much more for that show to do!! PLEASE DON’T CANCEL IT. I hope CBS reads these comments.

We have really enjoyed Tommy. It has been a great show displaying how women can be in a position of power supported by a diverse group. Please do not cancel. It’s hard to find shows to watch on TV that portray people with ethics.

Please do not cancel the show “Tommy”, we loved the series. The characters are all great. They all appeared to be “real” believable people. Edie Falco was superb as Police Chief! We anticipated watching this every week.
Tommy is an excellent show!! It has character and I look forward to watching it every week. Please don’t cancel it!!!! You need to bring this show back. I’m about ready to stop watching CBS. You keep cancelling the great shows. I can’t believe you cancelled Tommy, please bring it back. I love the actors and it had alot of action and compassion in this show. PLEASE bring it back!!!!!
My husband and I faithfully watch this show every week. We think it’s one of the better shows on. Very disappointed that CBS isn’t bringing it back. We would be really happy to see it renewed. Please reconsider.

Was a great show with good cast, never missed an episode. Who makes these decisions? I can’t believe some of the mindless programs that go on and on but you get a good one and cancel it after one season
