ABC’s got a new friend. According to Deadline, the network has picked up Wing Person, a new comedy about the friendship between a lesbian and her straight male friend.

The series comes from The Mindy Project‘s Ed Weeks and Peep Show‘s Hannah Mackay.

The half-hour comedy will center around the “co-dependent relationship between a lesbian lothario and her cautious, straight male best friend.”
