The new trio of witches won’t get another season to work together. The CW has cancelled the Charmed TV show so we won’t see a fifth season. The final episode will air on June 10th.
A supernatural drama series, the Charmed TV show stars Melonie Diaz, Sarah Jeffery, Lucy Barrett, Rupert Evans, and Jordan Donica. A reboot of the 1998 series, the show begins as three sisters discover they are witches in the wake of their mother’s murder. Soon, this powerful threesome must stand together to harness “The Power of Three” and protect humanity from the demons that prowl the earth. In season four, sisters Mel (Diaz) and Maggie (Jeffery) find their lives transformed by the death of their beloved sister, Macy (Madeleine Mantock). But when their grief threatens to undo the Power of Three forever, the surprising arrival of a third Charmed One (Barrett) gives them a renewed opportunity to fulfill their destinies. Meanwhile, a mysterious new enemy is rising in the shadows, instilling fear in every corner of the magical world.
Airing on Friday nights, the fourth season of Charmed averages a 0.06 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 357,000 viewers in the live+same day ratings (including DVR playback through 3:00 AM). Compared to season three, that’s down by 29% in the demo and down by 6% in viewership. In the live+7 day ratings, which includes a week of delayed viewing, the season currently averages a 0.10 demo and 650,000 viewers.
The CW is currently owned by CBS Entertainment Group (part of Paramount Global) and Warner Bros. Entertainment (part of Warner Bros. Discovery). Most of The CW’s programming comes from these two companies and network ratings are only a part of how they profit from the shows. In the past, The CW has been renewing most of its shows each year but, the network is currently up for sale. Because a sale will change how The CW operates, the network has significantly pared down its renewals this time around and has opted to cancel several series that likely would have been renewed otherwise.
Today, The CW also dropped 4400, Dynasty, In the Dark, Legacies, Naomi, and Roswell, New Mexico. The network previously cancelled Batwoman and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

From the start I knew that the reboot would fail! The producers did think of original shows fans at all.
Well, that’s canceled. Finally!
I’m very disappointed that Charmed was given the boot. It isn’t fair to fans since the last episode is made for a season finale and not a series finale. The same goes for Dynasty and a few others. I’m hoping a streaming platform will pick up these shows.
Sooo another 1 of of cw nest shows gone. They could have least gave them series finales. Idk if worth watching rest of season just to be left with cliffhanger like batwoman

Kudos to the exec who’s plan it was to cancel the last few reasons anyone watches the network. I personally was down to only 3 shows worth watching, all on that cancel list. Notable losses: Supernatural, Krypton, Sleepy Hollow, Bunheads, EMERGENCE!, The Messengers, Extant, Constantine, Forever, Limitless and iZombie. RIP CW, you rocked it there for a minute.
I am so crushed by this news of Charmed being canceled after only 4 seasons. The current season has been the best one yet as far as the writing is concerned and the casting of Lucy Barrett was an absolute plus this season. The dynamic between the three Charmed Ones this season was so much more enjoyable to watch. I think she should have been part of the series from its inception. I’m a little relieved “Charmed” has been cancelled. Some re-boots just DON’T need to happen. After watching the reboot since its debut, I still have yet to identify with any of the characters (unlike the OG Charmed where I identified with all of the sisters-thank goodness the OG Charmed can still be seen daily).

Really sad charmed cancelled – this season was so good and the trio were really working well together . The magical creatures and the writing was so much better than previous season. The style of show and the supernatural was spot on for enjoyment. I hope it gets picked up by another Network.
Stopped watching after season 2 due to it’s continued anti-man references.
so they finally ran out of lost daughters and sisters.
