What’s This TV Show About?
A CBS comedy, Happy Together stars Damon Wayans, Jr., Amber Stevens West, Felix Mallard, Stephnie Weir, Victor Williams, and Chris Parnell. The comedy centers on Jake (Wayans) and Claire (West) a happily married couple in their 30s. Just as they’re starting to get a little staid, Jake’s client, pop superstar Cooper James (Mallard), moves in with them and helps them to connect with the younger, cooler people they used to be.

I can’t believe CBS won’t give this show a second season to catch on. They have all of the makings of a hit show. It’s one of the only shows on TV that’s genuinely funny without being crude, it makes me laugh out-loud. The season finale has left all of the viewers wanting more. Please, CBS,renew it for a second season.

I really enjoy the show! It had a slow start, but I don’t know if CBS has given it a chance. Damon Wayans Junior is very personable and I love the actress that plays his wife. They have kept the idea of the guy that lives with them who is a popstar to a minimum, so the gimmick doesn’t overtake the tone of the show. I agree. Wasn’t sure about it at first but I love the relationship of the couple. I’d watch them even without the popstar in the attic. Even the “grandma” is growing on me.
Why are they canceling a good wholesome show that is ACTUALLY funny ????
