What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the NBC television network, the Manifest TV show stars Melissa Roxburgh, Josh Dallas, Athena Karkanis, J.R. Ramirez, Luna Blaise, Jack Messina, Parveen Kaur, Matt Long, and Holly Taylor. After a turbulent but routine flight, the crew and passengers of Flight 828 disembarked to find the world had aged more than five years. Their friends, families, and colleagues had given up hope of ever seeing them again. Now, faced with the impossible, the passengers’ dreams of a second chance at life evaporate as they encounter imminent dangers surrounding them, both tangible and unexplained. In season three, new challenges will test the Stone family’s trust of “the callings” and each other. Sticking together is more important than ever because no matter what happens, it’s all connected.
Season Three Ratings
The third season of Manifest averaged a 0.47 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 3.09 million viewers. Compared to season two, that’s down by 31% in the demo and down by 21% in viewership. Find out how Manifest stacks up against other NBC TV shows.
Manifest was cancelled by NBC but was later revived for a fourth and final season on Netflix. Season four resumes on June 2, 2023. Stay tuned for further updates.
Telly’s Take
Will NBC cancel or renew Manifest for season four? This show doesn’t deliver great traditional ratings but I think it does well enough with streaming and delayed viewing for it to potentially be renewed. It’s a co-production of Warner Bros. and NBCUniversal. If it’s cancelled, I think NBC will try to bring the story to a conclusion (ala Timeless’ wrap-up finale). Manifest is unique and there isn’t anything like it on TV that I am aware of. It is so nice to have a show that isn’t about Hospital staff or rescue staff (Chicago Hope, Chicago Fire, Greys Anatomy, The Resident, The Good Doctor, New Amsterdam, 911, etc. etc. Seriously, how many more Copycat themes can you come up with for the SAME type of show. I hope they don’t cancel Manifest.
If this show doesn’t get renewed hopefully they bring it back fir a 4-6 episode ending. It really would B nice to know the truth if it gets cancelled. To me it’s a better version of LOST!!!!

Love the show, but I’m getting bored. I hope they come to a conclusion in Season 3. I will give up watching if they drag it out for another season!

If it gets cancelled, fine. Just give us closure. Nothing more aggravating than to be left hanging.
I want it to be renewed an if they want to show it on tv move it to peacock since all three seasons had peacocks in them
NBC is nortrious for cancelled good tv shows (i.e Midnight Tx, Lincoln, The Good Place), just to name a few. I hope NBC doesn’t cancelled Manifest but who knows with this station .

My son introduced ‘Manifest’ to me and I have been hooked. I am looking forward to Series 3 but I am not sure that the story could not extend to 4 th series.?

I enjoy this show it really good drama twist and turn unexpected things happen.when I saw 1st season 3 show last thurday when it show lake saw out that 3 evil guy aka know as shadows awakes how did they go missing under ice from season 2 only thing I thought off they found tunnel pathway lead them cave near wooded area.or whoever was working with them help them build escape plan under ice.now they going be back I already got feeling they going after cal again and maybe baby.only thing I got Guestion stone daughter had boyfriend in season… Read more »
I only watch Manifest and This Is Us. Usually I miss them but I will always watch it to catch up before the next episode on Hulu. I would feel disconnected if either one was cancelled. I keep up with my friends on both shows and discuss what we think i going to happen. It connects us in a social way and was especially helpful in connecting us through Covid.
